Omylem jsem koupila jiný druh šamponu, než jsem chtěla. Ten typ, který jsem potřebovala na pobočce bohužel neměli, tak jsem požadovala vrácení peněz. Vzhledem k nátuře většiny obchodníků jsem byla připravená na to, že si ten šampon opět potáhnu domů. Naprosto bez řečí a otázek mi však peníze vrátili a já mohla v pohodě odejít. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem ten den musela zaplatit i za jídlo, které mi dopravce nikdy nedoručil bylo toto jednání pohlazení na duši. Děkuji! I accidentally bought a different type of shampoo than I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't have the type I needed at the branch, so I demanded a refund. Given the nature of most of the merchants, I was prepared to take the shampoo home again. Absolutely without words or questions, however, the money was returned to me and I was able to leave. Since I had to pay that day for food that the carrier never delivered to me, this act was a caress to my soul. Thank you!

This store is currently piloting package-free sale of Tierra Verde products, including washing-up gel and universal cleaner. Take your bottle back and refill it from the taps at the back of the shop. Hopefully dm will extend this service to include their own cleaning in washing products. #packagefree

I was surprised though, when the security guard ran after me wanting to check my bags to see if I had shoplifted an item. This was very embarrassing tbh, I mean, don't you have theft detectors and CCTV? It is what it is, but I guess no one cares, lol.
