★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprijemne prodavacky, bez pozdravu, bez usmevu, bez prosim bez dekuju..... Jakoze penize dam radeji tem, co si zakaznika vazi. Opravdu neskutecne chovani. A jeste neumi vydavat penize, dala mi o stovku mene, to je fakt sila.
Very unpleasant salesmen, no greetings, no smiles, no please, no thanks ..... As I prefer money to those who value the customer. Really unbelievable behavior. And I still can't spend the money, she gave me a hundred names, that's really a force.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tescoma je prostě špička. Domácí potřeby jsou až na výjimky funkční, pěkné a za rozumnou cenu. Zejména oceňuji pomůcky na výrobu těstovin nebo sýrů.
Tescoma is just the tip. Household items are functional, nice and reasonably priced with few exceptions. I particularly appreciate the aids for making pasta or cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a mokka coffee maker that suppose to work on induction panels. It didn't work due to its size and when I brought it back to the shop to return. That told me that can't take it right away, need to fill "reklamacni" paper first, than send it in service to test. And only after that they can refund me. Reduculiusly stupid. No English speaking personnel. Low quality of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good shop if you cook at home and need a good quality product for decent price (Tescoma products are Czech-made). This shop is located inside Chodov shopping mall. It’s not big, but full of kitchenware, kitchen utensils and accessories. I shop there from time to time (they have a good range to choose from and discounts on certain items) and quite satisfied with the quality and price. The shop assistant is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of products is good , but service horrible, the worst experience in Czech Republic for me , first of all maneger refused to speak English ( but she knows how to speak ) to me because “ We are in Czech - so speak Czech language “ - first time someone was so rude with me like this , then as i know in Czech Republic you can return product within 14 days if it’s unopened and if you have a receipt…but they said “ no , you can choose something else , but we will not return money “
I bought a pan and few more items in this store , i saw that price on pan is 399 but it was wrong price , real price is 865 , but i realized it after 10 minutes , so i came back to return product because i was expecting lower price and they refused… i will never come back in this store , i think they don’t even know how to smile and help people
