The bowl I wanted was not in the store, but they found it in the warehouse and brought it to me, and they even checked the product meticulously.
I was offended by the unpleasant response from a store in another shopping mall, but the staff here were friendly, so I wanted to buy more.

I’m a big fan of Kusmi: I drink this tea for several years and can say that it is simply amazing: price is quite high, but tastes and quality are totally worth it. This shop has a great selection of tea and several types of packages. Personnel is quite helpful (although I usually know what I want).
