★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný pekanový pletenec a skvělá káva, vždy potěší i moc milá obsluha :) Minule mi paní skvěle poradila s výběrem kávovaru, s přítelem jsme moc spokojení.
Excellent pecan plait and great coffee, always very pleased staff :) Last time the lady gave me great advice on choosing a coffee machine, my friend and I are very satisfied.

Páčilo sa mi, že mi poradila veľmi otvorene, žiadna pretvárka aby mi predala čo najviac a čo najdrahšie, iba úprimná, vysoko-kvalitná rada. Produkt, na ktorý som sa pýtala mi opísala aj z vlastnej skúsenosti, opísala mi ako ho ona používa atď.
Takýto prozákaznický, ľudský prístup už len málokde vidíte. Vďaka jej prístupu pani získala moju dôveru a odporúčaný produkt som si neodkladne kúpila v inom obchode (v danom obchode bol vtedy vypredaný). Ďakujem!
The lady in the store was very nice, helpful and gave excellent advice. I liked that she advised me very openly, no pretense to sell me as much and as expensive as possible, just honest, high-quality advice. She also described the product I asked about from her own experience, described how she used it, etc.
You rarely see such a pro-customer, human approach. Thanks to her approach, the lady gained my trust and I immediately bought the recommended product in another store (it was sold out in that store at that time). Well thank you!

Recently the pies are missing, they do not supply.
I usually prefer Tchibo instead of Starbucks because the coffee is good and I like to serve it a small piece of cake.
