★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šperky sice hezké, ale rohodli jsme se, že nenakoupime. Důvodem je, že v ALO na Chodově nám prodavačka neodpověděla na naše otázky, protože je to ukrajinka a nerozumí česky (ani anglicky)! To je opravdu veliké mínuspro takto luxusní obchod! Rozhodli jsme we proto jet do Brněnské pobočky ALO (i když to je pro nás trochu z ruky). V Brně jsme nakoupili a jsme velice spokojeni.
 Nice jewelry, but we decided not to buy. The reason is that in ALO in Chodov, the saleswoman did not answer our questions, because she is Ukrainian and does not understand Czech (or English)! This is a really big minus for such a luxury store! We therefore decided to go to the Brno branch of ALO (even though it is a bit out of hand for us). We bought in Brno and we are very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupen zásnubní prsten. Nejprve úprava velikosti trvala celý měsíc, po půl roce uvolněný jeden z kamenů a vyřízení záruky trvalo přesně 30 dní. Neočekávejte přidanou hodnotu v podobě lepších služeb, když si zde kupujete dražší šperky u rádoby prémiové značky.
Purchased an engagement ring. At first, the resizing took a whole month, after six months one of the stones was released and the warranty took exactly 30 days to complete. Don't expect added value in the form of better services when you buy more expensive jewelry here from a wannabe premium brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to spend a lot of money. They have a lot of terrific (and expensive) jewelry: fab rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces and so on. It’s a great shop to choose wedding rings or a present for any big date. They also have beautiful collections for babies in case you search for a special present for parents.
