Hned druhý den po svatbě vypadl kamínek z prstynku. Chápu,že s časem se to může stát ale ne 2.den po svatbě.Kvalita nesplnila moje očekávání :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost, po týdnu se svatební prstýnek odloupl. Reklamace po mnoha urgencí trvala skoro půl roku. Šperky ze zahraničí - dlouhá dodací lhůta.
Bad experience, after a week the wedding ring peeled off. Complaints lasted almost half a year after many emergencies. Jewelry from abroad - long delivery time.

Co neumí poradně česky. A neumí ani změřit obvod prstu. Opravdu upřímně.. nechoďte tam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, velmi špatná zkušenost. Opakovaně jsem byl ujišťován, že pokud se nebude šperk líbit. Je možné jej do 15.1.2022 vrátit a budou mi vráceny peníze. Když jsem jej chtěl dnes vrátit, tak najednou to nelze a do oči mi lhali, že nic takového neplatí a pouze výměna zboží a doplacení chybějící částky z mé strany. Velmi arogantní chování. Dejte si na ně velký pozor zejména v tomto předvánočním čase.

When I wanted to return it today, it was suddenly impossible and they lied to my eyes that nothing like this was true and only the exchange of goods and the payment of the missing amount on my part.
