P	Petr Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál příjemný proto dvě hvězdy , když zakoupíte třeba hodinky jako já tak baterky na místě nelze vyměnit musí to poslat pryč a to prý na měsíc , možná prý méně , to mi bylo sděleno až po zaplacení a odchodu. Staff friendly therefore two stars, if you buy a watch like me, so the flashlights on the spot can't be replaced, they have to send it away, supposedly for a month, maybe less, I was only told after payment and departure.

Pokud si koupite hodinky, poslou vas do obchodu vedle protože je neumí zkrátit, kde za to date dalsich 300,- prestoze jste to meli mit v cene. The service is absolutely unpleasant. If you buy a watch, they will send you to the store next door because they can't shorten it, where they will pay another 300 for it, because you should have it included in the price.

Vymetou s Vámi, obsluha je loajální zaměstnavateli, ale vůči zákazníkovi neprofesionální. Koupila jsem tam tři výrobky, jeden z nich dvakrát v reklamaci, druhy třikrát. Pokud si myslíte, ze jsem byť jednou slyšela “omlouváme se”, jste na omylu. Apartu se v budoucnu určitě raději vyhnu. As long as you shop, everyone is nice, as soon as you have a problem and the third time you complain about the same defect, you are unlucky. Sweep with you, the staff is loyal to the employer, but unprofessional to the customer. I bought three products there, one of them twice in the complaint, the types three times. If you think I've heard "sorry" once, you're wrong. I will definitely avoid the apartment in the future.

Prodejna na urovni kramku s lacinou bizuterii. Managment firmy Apart by se mel zamyslet a zapremyslet, kdo jim vydelava penize - zakaznici. Sileny ? When buying a ring in the ranks of thousands I expect a little different approach and care for the customer. I definitely recommend not visiting this store and not buying anything ? Shop at the level of a shop with cheap jewelry. Apart's management should think about and think about who makes them money - customers.
R	Raphaëlle Pachut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop to exchange a gift I had received. I went there with the receipt and the bracelet, unworn and in its box. Unfortunately I was told that as per their policy I could not exchange the product as the price tag was missing. Of course the price tag was missing as this was a gift and it is common practice to hide/remove the price before gifting something to somebody. Their policy is not mentioned anywhere, not even on the back of the receipt; this is a DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE. I am very disappointed and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
M	Mariano C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMERS KEEP AWAY!!!! They sold an unisex watch that was not possible to wear as it was too big for my wife's wrist. We went back the next day to get our money back and they said that it was worn, it has microscopic scratches and they could not accept it because it had a tag which is no longer there. The watch WAS NOT worn even once because the wrist could not be adjusted and it was kept in the box at all times. There was no label or tag that had been cut off and the watch was returned with everything that was on at the time of purchase one day before. We are initiating legal procedures against this DISHONEST shop. Hopefully someone will read this post before purchasing there so as not to make the same mistake.
