★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude & unhelpful. I tried to exchange some trainers (a gift) for a different size less than 24hrs after purchase. Item still in box unworn with receipt. Requested size unavailable but staff refused a refund and insisted on exchange only. I asked if I could order the right size, they refused. I asked if another shop might have the right size. They refused to help. I asked if they would have the right size on another day they said there was no way to find out.
Shocking service from a global brand. Really disappointed in Nike
