★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dress (and other items) to take for a business trip, i loved the dress and was excited to buy it, sadly when i got to my destination, the dress was defective. Once I came back to Prague on june 1rst at 12:30 I went to the store to exchange/ return it, still on the period marked on the bill. The manager in charge made sure to constantly and condescendingly accused me of damaging the dress myself and waiting so long to bring it back, she said that if it was true that the dress was damaged i should have call them (from my business trip) to tell them so and that she will do me the favor to return my money cause she didn’t want to make a fuss out it but clearly, and until the last minute, she repeatedly told me that i was trying to scam them. Maybe the fact that i am not blond with blue eyes, as she is , didnt help, but COS, i spend a lot of money on your stores, and i encourage you to look deeply into the customer service on your stores, this people represent your brand and as per today, i feel humiliated enough to take a break from buying your clothes. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the store in Chodov , on January 11 th. at around noon , my wife has dropped her Iphone and lost it , somewhere at the shop` s floor..
2 hours later we called our own (lost) number then luckuly one of the shop assitants answered and informed us " your phone is safely found and you may come to pick it up"
We came back to pick it and thanked the staff for their kindness.
We have had a little gift for them as a gesture of gratitude , but they refused and insisted that it was not necessary.
My wife and I would like to express our gratitude and our respect for this shop and its very honest empleyees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that COS CZ only refunds returns via voucher, valid only in CZ - that is critical by law, neither a competitive business conduct nor an international COS standard. On top it’s a deviation to the terms and conditions for ordering in the CZ online store. Had to complain at the customer service to receive it back on my credit card. Isn’t COS the premium brand of H&M? If yes, why do clients receive a better customer services at H&M itself?
