★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při sepsání smlouvy dojel skvělý obchodník, který moc dobře ví, že když zákazník žádá hodně informací a argumentací i negativních, že pouze volá o pomoc k informacím a chce koupit. Toto mnoho obchodníků nezná, jsou nepříjemní a neumí vysvětlit. Takže tato firma má skvělé lidi, kteří umí dostat zákazníka na svoji stranu. Pokud se jedná o samostatnou instalaci klimatizace , vše proběhlo na velmi profesionální úrovni, žádné poškozené zdi, otvory, vše precizně upraveno a zapraveno, jsem nadšen. Již se těším na léto, jak se budu užívat klimu . Vřele doporučuji všem, kteří chtějí kvalitu a preciznost, což se v této době hlédá velmi těžko. Jsem rád a spadl mi kámen ze srdce, že jsem trefil na tuto firmu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká spokojenost s firmou, velice si chválím dochvilnosti, profesionality a také toho že po montáži jsem nemusel nic dělat. Stačilo zasunost nábytek a bylo hotovo, robotníci všechno uklidnili. Bylo to prostě na klíč.
Klimatizace hřeje i chladí to jsem chtěl.
Great satisfaction with the company, I really praise the punctuality, professionalism and also the fact that I didn't have to do anything after the assembly. The furniture was enough and it was done, the workers calmed everything down. It was just turnkey.
The air conditioning warms up and cools that I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemní pánové na instalaci, poradili, měli to rychle udělané, žádný nepořádek, byla jsem velmi mile překvapená. Jediné minus, že pán, který přijel na platbu, tak absolutně nevěděl nic o klimě ale poučoval mě... Dokonce funkci, kterou ta klimatizace má, nám tvrdil, že nemá ?♀️?♀️ takže tam bych zapracovala jak na slušném chování, tak i vzhledu (přijít někde vybrat X tisíc v teplákách a jak "domu" se fakt nehodí) a hlavně profesionalitě a školení.
Každopádně firmu doporučit mohu, jsme spokojeni, do týdne od hovoru a zaměření jsme ji měli nainstalovanou, technici na montáž super.

The only downside was that the gentleman who came for payment knew absolutely nothing about the climate, but he taught me ... Even the function that the air conditioning has told us that it doesn't have it, so I would work there on good manners. , as well as appearance (come somewhere to pick X thousand in sweatpants and both "house" really does not fit) and especially professionalism and training.
Anyway, I can recommend the company, we are satisfied, within a week of the call and focus we had it installed, the technicians on assembly super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchodní zástupce prokázal profesionální přístup k zákazníkovi. Vysvětlil, poradil a doporučil nejvhodnější model a typ jednotky. I přesto, že před montáží se vyskytly problémy s dodávkou daného typu, nabídnul mi za stejnou cenu výkonnější jednotku, kterou pak skupina montérů během dvou hodin instalovala a odzkoušela.
Vřele doporučuji a také jsem doporučil známým i sousedům u kterých už také instalace proběhla.
