The car was a bit dirty and it didnt have full tank, BUT there was no need to return it cleaned nor with a full tank, we just needed to return it as-delivered. The person in the office was really kind , he speaks English, and he wasnt picky returning the deposit (10k). Price was good for 3 days . I’ll these folks next time I need to rent a car.
S	Sean Hanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a car for family holidays here on two occasions and both times this firm were excellent - the first time we needed a hire car at short notice and they were the only ones to pick up the phone and sort something for us. Both times, they were efficient and helpful in dealing with us; the cars were in good condition and well suited to our needs; and they were scrupulous and fair in checking off existing defects with us From our experience, the company lives up to its name (Dobra autopujcova = Good Car Hire) and, while not quite the cheapest in Brno as their ads say, they offer really good value for money. We dealt with the company in Czech, but my impression is that they know English. One final thing to note is that they do not take cards - you will need cash for both payment and deposit (although they were willing to take the deposit in foreign currency)

Professional and reliable even at last time request when other company failed to provide requested car and keep promised terms. I was truly surprised by cost and quality of service even in time pressure of short notice. I must recommend this car-rent company to everybody.

I was able to organize everything using English via email. The only problem I had was that I had to use my poor Czech while signing the documents, picking up and returning the car.

The car was in very good shape, it was clean and most important for me it didn’t smell inside which most of the rental cars has a nasty smell. They are very friendly and professional. I requested a different pick up location which they said it’s not a problem and YES they were there on time. Originally we rented this car for two weeks, two days before returning date we decided we would like to keep it for a few extra days so we called the company and they had no problems at all with extending our policy for another couple of days. On the returning day we were scheduled for 1pm, Around noon we found out we were running late so we called them and rescheduled for 4 PM which they had no problems at all with it. I really appreciate what this company did for us and I’m looking forward to come back to this place next time I’m in Czech Republic.

I would expect to hear from them in case of no available cars at least, but that didn't happen. I don't know if the actual cars are good - I simply didn't have a chance.
