★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I přes moji prvotní obavu a mé nutkání si při domluvě a předání auta vše do puntíku vysvětlit, servis proveden na výbornou = na 5 hvězd. Slova: "sice Ford, ale pěkně o se o něj staráte" zahřála.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po delším hledání autoservisu jsem si vybral podle recenzi a abych to měl i dostupné do práce.Zatím jsem zde nechal opravovat své auto 2krat a pokaždé jsem byl velmi spokojen.Jelikož jsem hodně velký puntičkař a v autech se význam moc dobře tak zatím mužů s klidným srdcem říci že doporučuji všemi 10.Sice je zde delší objednání doba ale přikláním se k tomu že dobry servis má stále práci..??
After a long search for a car repair shop, I chose it according to the review and to have it available for work. So far, I had my car repaired here 2 times and I was always very satisfied. I can heartily say that I recommend to all 10. Although there is a longer ordering time, I am inclined to the fact that good service still has a job..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl bych sdělit své zkušenosti s timto servisem, jsem velice spokojený .Pání jsou znalci , bylo to vidět.
Perosnál , velice vstřícný, ochotný , vysvětli vše do detailu , počas opravy informuje pomoci mailu,messengeru , popisuje i ukazuje přesnou závádu, následovně i její řešení .
Měl jsem u ních .
Audi a6 3.0 tdi rv2014,180 kw quattro.
Mít problém , neváhám a půjdu znova.
Jediný mínus je že vzhledem k jejích kvalitní práci je potřeba se objednávat hodně dopředu ( týdny).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Využíval jsem služeb tohoto servisu několik let, než jsem si vybavil dílnu a začal většinu běžných úkonů dělat sám. Servis musím pochválit za vyřešení několika závad, ať už na dobíjení (závada diodového můstku) nebo odpružení (přední pružiny) v rozumných termínech za víceméně přiměřené ceny. Co pochválit nemohu, tak že si několik let účtovali výměny oleje, aniž by ho skutečně vyměnili. To se ukázalo ve chvíli, kdy jsem z auta vypustil neuvěřitelný kentus (vím, jak vypadá rok starý olej, ale tohle fakt nebyl), přičemž několik posledních let auto jezdilo jen do tohoto servisu a každý rok jsem olej a filtry nechával vyměnit (= zaplatil). Je to bohužel u nás běžná praxe, že mechanici olej nevymění a raději si ho ulijí pro sebe nebo své známé, však kolik zákazníků se na olej podívá při převzetí auta, že?

What I can't praise is that they charged oil changes for a few years without actually changing it. This was revealed when I released an incredible kentus from the car (I know what a year old oil looks like, but this was not really the case), and for the last few years the car only drove to this service and I had the oil and filters changed every year (= paid ). Unfortunately, it is common practice in our country that mechanics do not change the oil and prefer to pour it for themselves or their acquaintances, but how many customers look at the oil when taking over the car, right?
