★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rád bych se také podělil o recenzi tohoto autoservisu. Musím pochválit skvělou komunikaci a kvalitní práci techniků. Termín pro opravu mi nabídli k mému překvapení den poté, co jsem volal - ostatní servisy měly volné termíny nejdříve za týden, 14 dní. Samotné jednání p. Fibicha bylo na profesionální úrovni, o průběhu opravy mě průběžně informoval. K mému údivu byla i samotná oprava rychlá, vzhledem k závažnosti poškození (nutná klempířská i lakýrnická práce). S kvalitou provedených služeb jsem byl velice spokojen. Servis mohu rozhodně doporučit!
I would also like to share a review of this car service. I must praise the excellent communication and quality work of the technicians. To my surprise, they offered me a deadline for the repair the day after I called - the other services had free dates at the earliest in a week, 14 days. Mr. Fibich's meeting itself was at a professional level, he kept me informed about the progress of the repair. To my surprise, the repair itself was quick, given the severity of the damage (plumbing and painting work required). I was very satisfied with the quality of the services provided. I can definitely recommend the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis som si vyberala na základe zverejnených recenzii, čo ma oslovilo najviac boli "férové ceny a odborný pristup". Moj hlavný problém bol strata chladiacej kvapaliny ale bolo mi povedané ze auto je v zlom stave a treba pár vecí navyše.
"olej, hadice, klíma, vodni pumpa , nemrzka, filtr " toto bolo vyčíslené na približne 23 tisíc korún. Hneď po prvej jazde sa ukázalo ze problém je stále existujúci na co mi bolo povedané ze stačí doliat vodu, čo som spravila a problém ďalej pretrvával. Bola som nútená ísť do najbližšieho servisu kde mi povedali ze tesnenie bolo založené naopak a hadice boli poškodené...
Napriek tomu že komunikácia bolo takmer nepretržitá doložená aj fotkami nemozem povedať ze toto je servis, ktorý by som odporúčala. Mam skôr pocit, že to ze sa do aut nevyznám bolo zneuzite v ich prospech, čo nepovažujem za férový business.
Odpoveď:
Dobrý deň, keďže porucha auta sa prejavila mimo Česka, ked som cestovala a vyzadovala okamžitú opravu, nebol čas nahlasovať to vám, som rada že sa mi nič nestalo!
Keďže zo servisu kde mi konečne dali auto do funkčného stavu mam oficiálne potvrdenie, co na aute bolo opravovane s presnými cenami, nie len potvrdenie finálnej ceny ako od vás, môžem vám to dodať a budem sa tešiť na vrátenie plnej sumy.

I chose the service on the basis of published reviews, which appealed to me the most were "fair prices and professional approach". My main problem was the loss of coolant but I was told that the car is in poor condition and needs a few extra things.
"oil, hose, air conditioning, water pump, antifreeze, filter" this was estimated at about 23 thousand crowns. Right after the first ride, it turned out that the problem still existed, which I was told was enough to add water, which I did and the problem persisted. I was forced to go to the nearest service station where they told me that the seal was installed the other way around and the hoses were damaged ...
Despite the fact that the communication was almost non-stop, I can't say that this is a service that I would recommend. Rather, I have the feeling that I don't know how to get into cars has been misused in their favor, which I don't consider fair business.
