P	Petr Matula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem se objednat na diagnostiku do autorizovaného servisu, protože se mi rozsvítila kontrolka na přístrojové desce. Nabídli mi termín skoro za měsíc, jen aby zjistili, co autu je! Proto jsem hledal alternativy. Kontakt na tento servis jsem našel na webu. Tentýž den, kdy jsem zavolal, mi nabídli, že diagnostiku udělají. Zjistilo se, že je poškozená škrtící klapka a hadička u filtru pevných částic. Kvůli nízkému tlaku v systému mi pan automechanik (asi majitel) doporučil s autem raději moc nejezdit. Ukázal a vysvětlil mi, co je špatně a co je třeba s autem udělat. Přitom bylo vidět, že Oplům rozumí, protože jsem se dozvěděl i jak mají škrtící klapky řešeny jiné modely. Hledal, kdy by mi mohli auto opravit, ale protože nenašel vhodný termín, nabídl mi, že mi auto opraví sám, i přesto, že se zrovna chystal na dovolenou. Tentýž den mi auto skutečně opravil. Při předávce mi ukázal, co vše udělal. Naprostá spokojenost. Tento servis mohu s klidným svědomím doporučit a jsem moc rád, že jsem jej objevil. That's why I was looking for alternatives. I found a contact for this service on the web. The same day I called, they offered me to do the diagnostics. The throttle and the particulate filter hose have been found to be damaged. Due to the low pressure in the system, the car mechanic (probably the owner) recommended with the car rather not ride. He showed and explained to me what was wrong and what to do with the car. At the same time, it was seen that Oplům understands, because I learned how the throttles are solved other models. He was looking for when they could fix the car for me, but because he didn't find a suitable date, he offered me to repair the car myself, even though he was going on holiday. That same day, he really repaired my car. During the handover he showed me what he did. Absolute satisfaction. I can recommend this service with ease and I am very happy to have discovered it.
J	Jakub Kluvánek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost. Strašně nerad telefonuju a tady jsem se mohl obědnat přes email (obvykle servisy na emaily moc nereagují). Navíc auto opravili do druhého dne a bylo vidět, že pán co to vyřizoval se opravdu vyzná. Jako bonus mě vysvětlil i detaily jak ktomu nejspíš došlo (moc indicií ze mě nedostal) a čemu se pro příště pokusit vyhnout. Jediná nevýhoda je horší dostupnost MHD, ale dá se to zvládnout :) Absolute satisfaction. I hate to make phone calls and here I could have lunch via email (usually the services do not respond to emails much). Moreover, the car was repaired the next day and it was obvious that the master of what it handled really knows. As a bonus, he explained to me the details of how it most likely occurred (not a lot of indications from me) and what to try to avoid next time. The only downside is the worse availability of public transport, but it can be managed :)

S diagnostikou pro nejnovější modely i s citem a bohatými zkušenostmi pro staré kusy. Škoda jen, že nelze platit kartou. He understands more than many authorized services. R	Radim Gas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hledal jsem servis OPEL, který provede servis podle doporučeného servisního plánu na Astře J, kde mi vše vysvětlí a provedou svou práci na perfektní úrovni. Protože kvalita autorizovaných servisů za 5 let jejich servisování stála za nic, brali peníze a nic více. No a zase se vracíme na začátek, servis kde majteli vše vysvětlí, ukážou a přímo řeknou, zda se to má řešit ihned a nebo to počká. Netahaji se zákazníka peníze za každou cenu, k zákazníkovi se chovají profesionálně a to od prvního kontaktu, např. po telefonu = objednání, převzení vozidla bez čekání v dohodnutou hodinu, nadále telefonická konzultace, co se našlo, co třeba vyměnit apod. Pak dohodnutý datum a čas vyzvednutí, předání vozu přesně v domluvenou hodinu. Vysvětlení všech úkonů a položek na dokladu, přátelské rozloučení, čistota servisu, to dělá na zákazníka taky velký dojem. Podtrženo a sečteno = perfektní. Osobně jsem se zase přesvědčíl, že ještě je pár takových skvělých lidí, co práci dělají podctivě. Velice doporučuji a určitě jsem zde nebyl naposled a vždy zde bez starosti odevzdám vůz odporníkům. Because the quality of authorized service for 5 years was worth nothing, they took money and nothing more. And again we go back to the beginning, service where the owners explain everything, show and directly say whether it should be addressed immediately or wait. They do not take the customer's money at all costs, they treat the customer professionally from the first contact, eg by phone = ordering, transferring the vehicle without waiting at the agreed hour, then telephone consultation, what was found, what to replace etc. Then agreed date and pick-up time, handover of the car at exactly the agreed time. Explaining all the actions and items on the document, goodbye, cleanliness of the service, it also impresses the customer. Bottom line and perfect = perfect. Personally, I have convinced myself that there are still some such great people doing the job honestly. I highly recommend and certainly I was not here for the last time and always here without worry hand over the car to the opponents.

Ceny jsou přijatelné, vstřícnost obrovská, většinou opraví auto během jediného dne do dvou dnů od objednání. I will not even service Opel anywhere else, as others have already written, here it means more than authorized service. The prices are reasonable, the friendliness is huge, they usually repair the car within a single day within two days of ordering.
