★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný servis, vždy jsem byl spokojen. Dobrá domluva, rozumná doba opravy i navržené řešení, odpovídající cena. Nedívají se na vás skrz prsty, když přijedete se starším autem. Umí věci nejen vyměnit, ale i opravit. Reklamace vadného dílu okamžitá a naprosto v pohodě.

Problém s autem nebyl vyřešenej sice hned na počkání, ale co jsou dva dny proti tomu, že mě až tady odstranili problém, kterej sem s autem měl tvl pomalu půl roku! Profíci - Respekt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto perfektní přístup. Velice ochotný a vstřícný majitel. Nemám důvod jezdit jinam. Po roce servisování auta v tomto servisu musím aktualizovat hodnocení. Servis je ještě lepší, než jsem myslel :-). Odstranili mi vrzání, na které před tím dva mechanici nepřišli, klimu mi opravili tak, že chladí jako nikdy předtím. A teď mi opravili řízení jen na základě toho, že jsem věděl, že občas mi v tom "klepne". Druhý den bylo opraveno, přestože dle mého nešlo o jednoduchou závadu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla to má 3. návštěva. Kromě příznivých cen vyzdvihuji přístup, s jakým se zákazníky pan Nedoma komunikuje. Jde o menší servis, ale nabídka služeb a kvalita odvedené práce by mohla být příkladem pro ostatní autoservisy.
Otestováno na Mercedesu z r.2004 - oprava řídící jednotky (zatečení tekutého pracího prášku...), výměna brzdových destiček, kotoučů i tlumičů a výměna oleje. Pan Nedoma je mistrem svého řemesla. V budoucnu nevidím důvod měnit (ačkoli mám jiný autoservis pár metrů od domu).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma by se měla jmenovat AUTOPROTI!!! Měl jsem objednaný čas, ale přišel jsem o půl hodiny dřív. Ve firmě nebyl žádný zákazník, tak jsem myslel, že se nic neděje. I tak jsem se ale 2x omluvil. Nic to nepomohlo a ještě horší to bylo, když jsem chtěl, aby se majitel firmy šel podívat na auto a převzít ho do opravy! To jsem si ale dovolil přespříliš! Víceméně formou samomluvy mne majitel 5x odkázal na cedulku na vstupních dveřích, kde bylo pouze konstatováno, že se při převzetí do opravy žádné úkony neprovádí! To je ale docela zvláštní přístup k zákazníkovi - hodný staré komunistické struktury!

Even so, I apologized twice. Nothing helped and it was even worse when I wanted the business owner to go look at the car and take it for repair! But I allowed myself that too much! More or less in the form of a self-talk, the owner referred me 5 times to a sign on the front door, where it was only stated that no actions are taken when taking over for repair! But this is quite a strange approach to the customer - worthy of the old communist structure!
