★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto perfektní obchod. Co musím hlavně vyzvednout je neuvěřitelná ochota personálu. Především slečny - tmavovlasky v brýlích. Je s ní legrace, je vidět, že svoji práci má ráda, většině věci rozumí a co neví, to prostě zjistí ? pokaždé, když jsem šla něco kupovat, například deku pro koně, byla ochotná proběhnout celý sklad, jen aby našla velikost deky, kterou potřebujeme. I co se týče krmení, například pro slepice, mne vždy velmi ochotně poradila a doporučila, co bude pro ně nejlepší. Zaparkovat lze pohodlně před prodejnou. I při výběru postrojku pro psa, hledala s námi, pomáhala nám zkoušet a ještě si pejska hladila. Ať přijdete kdykoliv, vždy je pozitivně naladěná a usměvavá. Vždy za vámi ráda zajdu a děkuji za tento super přístup ?
Absolutely perfect deal. What I have to pick up is the incredible willingness of the staff. Especially girls - dark-haired girls in glasses. It's fun with her, you can see that she likes her job, understands most things and just doesn't know what she doesn't know ? every time I went to buy something, like a horse blanket, she was willing to run the whole store, just to find the size of a blanket, which we need. Even when it comes to feeding, for example for hens, she has always been very willing to advise me and recommend what will be best for them. You can park comfortably in front of the store. Even when choosing a harness for a dog, she searched with us, helped us to try and still petted the dog. Whenever you come, she is always in a positive mood and smiling. I am always happy to come to you and thank you for this great approach ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zhruba před 3 týdny jsem hodnotila nákup u firmy Ketris s.r.o. jako nedostatečný s velkou výtkou. Po rozmluvě s majitelem firmy, jsme došli k závěru, že doručené zboží, které došlo se zpožděním nebyla chyba firmy, ale dopravce. Proto se veřejně omlouvám za špatnou recenzi a k tomuto hodnocení připojuji omluvu a musím podotknout zájem majitele firmy o řešení problému.
About 3 weeks ago I evaluated the purchase at Ketris s.r.o. as insufficient with great reproach. After talking to the owner of the company, we came to the conclusion that the delivered goods, which occurred with a delay was not the fault of the company, but the carrier. Therefore, I publicly apologize for the bad review and I attach an apology to this evaluation and I must point out the interest of the business owner in solving the problem.
