★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice příjemná slečna, byla malá a hubená. Moc se usmívala a byla ochotná, se vším poradila. Samozřejmě i ostatní slečny jsou ochotné a milé. Jsem velice spokojený s energií této prodejny. Řekl bych, že už budu chodit jen k Vám. Můj kocourek a králičci jsou pro mě důležití a zde se cítím v dobrých, odborných rukou.
A very nice young lady, she was small and thin. She smiled a lot and was willing to deal with everything. Of course, the other girls are also helpful and kind. I am very satisfied with the energy of this store. I'd say I'll just come to you. My boy and bunnies are important to me and I feel in good, professional hands here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chování personálu je hrozné. Potřebovala jsem koupit postroj na psa. Slečna se po přečtení velikosti psa někde na wikipedii tvářila hrozně chytře, přitom neměla nejmenší tušení. Při placení za pamlsky jsem řekla, že postroj nechci. A od té chvíle na mě slečna už nepromluvila. ? Chtělo by to více ochoty, slušného chování a nebýt arogantní na zákazníky.
The behavior of the staff is terrible. I needed to buy a dog harness. After reading the size of the dog somewhere on wikipedia, the young lady looked very clever, but she had no idea. When I paid for the treats, I said I didn't want a harness. And since then, the young lady has not spoken to me. ? It would take more willingness, decency and not to be arrogant to customers.

The sections are separated properly and easy to reach.
Stuff are super nice and most of them can speak English which makes is perfect for foreigners who are interested in Pets.
They offer live hamsters(mouses),rabbits, at the shop.
Plus fun equipments and animal food and all the stuff for animal Care such as (dogs,cats,hamsters....).
Definitely worth to visit if you have a pet.
