★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT BUY ANYTHING THERE. If something goes wrong, then will not help you, i have waited for 2 week and a keyboard issue with my Macbook was not fixed at all, and they don't want to give my money back or give me another Macbook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and helpful staff ready to advise even share som of their own experiences or tips. Maybe just one downside, they always try to sell you extra stuff, I know its their job but it gets annoying sometimes. Otherwise very nice shop and definitely a go to.

Second thing - I wanted protect glass for my new iPhone. I didn't wanna buy it online so I can consult the choice with stuff. They sold me glass, but apparently also with some "extra" services (like phone setup help) which I definitely not gonna use. It was 250,- extra on top of the protective glass itself. I only realized this when I check out the prices in eshop when I came home. Not a single mention of this extra price. That's pretty shady behavior ?
On the other hand the store is nice, the staff was friendly. At least something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been waiting now 3 weeks for my iPhone to be fixed under AppleCare. No updates, online order ticketing system doesn’t work to check status. Ridiculous customer service in this day and age! More than 2 weeks to get a screen replaced. Avoid these guys at all cost. We will be complaining to Apple in the US about this lack of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally i have no problem when i bought something here, but last christmas i odered an imac with Microsoft 365 kit, but now after three months after purchase i did get any license code for that. I wrote and complain about the problem and they answered only one time at the beginning and not anymore, even i said that i really need the code to active cause i work everyday with word and excel. I have to say its really bad service! and also when i i bought an imac they said that i will receive an Xbox free code as a gift , but also never receive it.
