★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stradivarius = banda zlodějů. Reklamace? Nemožná. Zákaznický servis? Neexistuje. Po měsíci nošení se boty rozpadly a vyreklamovat je není možné, protože na zákaznickém servisu s vámi nikdo nekomunikuje. Nikdy nikdo nevezme telefon a na email nikdo neodepíše.
Stradivarius = a bunch of thieves. Complaint? Impossible. Customer service? It does not exist. After a month of wearing, the shoes have fallen apart and it is not possible to complain about them, because no one communicates with you in customer service. No one will ever pick up the phone and no one will reply to the email.

2x jsem se snažila reklamovat boty, které se po 14- ti dnech rozpadly. Pokaždé mi reklamaci odmítly přijmout,důvod - manažerka, co přijímá reklamace, má momentálně přestávku.Měla jsem přijít za hodinu, po hodině, ještě se nevrátila.
Předávám ČOI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice nepříjemná paní od ochranky, která se mnou od začátku mluvila jako se zlodějem, prohledala kabelku a když nic nenalezla, ani se neomluvila za nepříjemnosti. Celou dobu byla arogantní a neempatická. Hrůza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Stradivarius. It is definitely my favourite shop BUT this Stradivarius in Brno is quite a disappointment. The stock is not that big but that's more less understandable BUT the staff does not take care of the store at all. The store is messy, staff is chatting between each other and the worst thing is that when I was in a changing room I heard staff talking very inappropriately about people who are shopping there. Very dissatisfied!
