K	Kocvis Master (kocvis) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V tomto obchodu jsem objednával boty s tím že na eshopu bylo napsáno že jsou boty skladem. Hned tentýž den přišel obratem e-mail s potvrzením objednávky a k realizaci. Po týdenním čekáním jsem nedostal jedinou zprávu že byla objednávka předána kurýrovi!! Tak jsem po týdnu volal na zákaznickou linku a až po mém volání jsem se dozvěděl že boty nejsou skladem a pošlou mi e-mail s reklamací objednávky. Což znamená že kdyby jsem se sám neozval tak o objednávce nevím možná ani další týden. In this shop I ordered shoes with the proviso that it was written on the e-shop that the shoes are in stock. Brown the same day came an e-mail immediately confirming the order and for implementation. After a week of waiting, I did not receive a single message that the order was handed over to the courier !! So after a week I called the customer line and only after my call did I learn that the shoes were not in stock and they would send me an e-mail with a complaint about the order. Which means that if I didn't call myself, I might not know about the order for another week.
A	Aidan Macready on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha priserna, poslali me domu, abych si kvuli vymene velikosti vytisknul fakturu, kdyz jsem dojel zpatky, tak mne (ta stejna slecna u pokladny!) rekla, ze vymenit velikost nejde, ze mi musi vratit penize. Nedoporucuji pobocku a ani eshop — objednavat na nem je porod. The maid service, they sent me to the house to print an invoice for changing the size, when I got back, so she (the same lady at the cash register!) Told me that it was not possible to change the size, that she had to return the money. I do not recommend a branch or an e-shop - ordering a birth is there.

A	Alice Koňariková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zřejmě vedoucí prodejny (muž v polokošili) mi neustále i přes moje slušné poděkování, že nemám zájem vnucoval pěny na čištění a posílal mě si vybrat i ponožky o které jsem neměla zájem. Mému kamarádovi řekl, že by také potřeboval nové boty. Chování mi bylo velice nepříjemné. Apparently the store manager (a man in a polo shirt) kept telling me, despite my decent thanks, that I wasn't interested in forcing the foams on the cleaning and sending me to choose socks that I wasn't interested in. He told my friend that he would also need new shoes. The behavior was very unpleasant for me.

P	Pia Oa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend buy in this stores basically because they don’t care about the customer and they don’t care about give you a solution when they make a biggest mistake. I buy tennis and when I arrive home (in different city) I just released they was the same feet side and different numbers, I came back next day and ask for a change with my correct number and correct feet side and they say they don’t have my number anymore so I have to choose other model around the price of mine, I ask for sure for my money back and they say they can’t do it. I choose another shoes and they again don’t hage my number, well like this for 3 time I been in that place for try to choose a shoes that they make me do, and they don’t have sizes of almost any model, at the end they can’t do nothing and I have to anyway Change shoes for something that I don’t want because of a mistake they do.
