Doma jsem zjistila, že zboží je poškozené, takže jsem po 2 dnech původně chtěla výrobek vyměnit za jiný, ale na prodejně jsem zjistila, že rukavice byly všechny ve stejně špatném a tedy nepoužitelným stavu. Peníze jsem dostala na dárkovou kartu, ale po takových zkušenost by se tam člověk bál něco pořídit. Great dissatisfaction! Na pokladně byla jedna prodavačka, která samozřejmě (ještě navíc v době výprodejů) nestíhala, protože kromě obsluhy kasy navíc vydávala i internetové zásilky. V obchodě tedy byla fronta skoro ven... Pro vyzvednutí už zaplacené zásilky z e-shopu jsem si musela asi půl hodiny vystát celou frontu, balíček pak prodavačka nemohla najít, takže po pár minutách zavolala jinou slečnu, která začala všechny krabice se zásilkami prohledávat. Udělala to asi dvakrát, balíček nenašla, takže mě začaly přesvědčovat, ze do obchodu určitě nedorazil. Nakonec objednávku v systému našly, balík měl být na prodejně, ale v tom chaosu byl bůh ví kde... Výsledek - v obchodě jsem strávila asi hodinu, aby nakonec moji objednávku v systému přijaly, zrušily a vrátily mi alespoň peníze a odcházela jsem bez balíku... Buy in this store never again! Já jsem opravdu v danou chvíli neměla čas někde rozmenovat peníze. Prodavačka velice nesympaticka a nepříjemná. Takže jsem odjela bez nákupu.
