★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 24.11.2019 jsem se byl informovat ohledně tarifů a když jsem čekal,tak se mě zaměstnanec T-Mobile zeptal jestli nechci vodu nebo kafé,než se dostanu na řadu,což bylo od něho moc hezké.Navíc panJaromír Fajmon byl velice příjemný a ochotný za což ho ohodnocuji na 100% za jeho profesionální vystupování vůči zákazníkovi.Jsem nadmíru spokojený.
Today on November 24, 2019 I was informed about tariffs and while I was waiting, a T-Mobile employee asked me if I did not want water or a café before I could turn, which was very nice of him.In addition, Mr. Jaromir Fajmon was very nice and helpful for which I rate him 100% for his professional behavior towards the customer. I am extremely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem s dnešní návštěvou nebyla spokojená. Pán, který mě obsluhoval, se mě zeptal, zda chci podepsanou smlouvu vytisknout nebo poslat na mail. Řekla jsem, že mi stačí na mail. Bohužel ani po dvou hodinách nic nedorazilo. Volala jsem na zákaznickou linku, kde mi řekli, že na mail smlouva nikdy nechodí a že ji mám po přihlášení na stránky T-mobile mezi smlouvami.
Update po 10 měsících: smlouvu jsem neměla ani ve svém profilu na stránkách T-Mobile. Po několika měsících se ukázalo, že daný pán mi službu, kterou jsme spolu na místě řešili, nezrušil a částku za ni mi odečítali ještě několik měsíců, než se mi ji finálně podařilo zrušit. Neměla jsem jak dokázat, že jsme spolu smlouvu podepisovaly, jelikož jsem ji nedostala do ruky, ani na mail. A na lince operátora mi sdělili, že do archivu prodejny přístup nemají, pokud jsem to podepisovala na prodejně. Naštěstí na reklamacích byli rozumní a schopní lidé narozdíl od pána na této prodejně. Od teď kdykoliv budu řešit něco na prodejně, neodejdu bez kopie v ruce nebo než mi opravdu smlouva dorazí na mail.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with today's visit. The gentleman who served me asked me if I wanted to print the signed contract or send it by e-mail. I said it was enough for me to e-mail. Unfortunately, nothing arrived after two hours. I called the customer line, where they told me that the contract never goes to the e-mail and that I have it after logging on to the T-mobile website between the contracts.
Update after 10 months: I did not even have a contract in my profile on the T-Mobile website. After a few months, it turned out that the gentleman had not canceled my service, which we were dealing with on the spot, and they deducted the amount for it for several more months before I finally managed to cancel it. I had no way of proving that we were signing the contract because I didn't get it in my hand or by e-mail. And they told me on the operator's line that they didn't have access to the store's archives if I signed it at the store. Fortunately, there were sensible and capable people in the complaints, unlike the master at this store. From now on, whenever I deal with something in the store, I will not leave without a copy in hand or until the contract really reaches my e-mail.
