They have no idea how to treat customers. Having done customer service for many years myself. I would never expect this type of service.
Bottom line stay away from Vodafone if possible.
Do not go in to contracts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store because I had some issues with fixed internet. The staff is unprofessional and condescending. They did not care about the issues that I presented to them. They tried to minimise it. It is so disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time that I visited this place, I found a guy that in spite of having fluent English, he seemed to be so annoyed by speaking with me in that language. However, the conversation continued and also his rude attitude as he was asking me or replying to me for something. Unfortunately, I could not tolerate more his behaviour and recommended him to treat his anger instead of putting it against me for the simply fact of not speaking Czech. Of course, he recommended me to get out of the country, which is an absolute racist response. A totally unpleasant experience.
