★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednával jsem dva stojánky na mobil. Jeden stojánek však přišel pokřivený. Trochu nepříjemné ale ihned jsem kontaktoval prodejce s touto informací vč. zaslání fotek vadného zboží. Do druhého dne mi přišla odpověď s omluvou a také okamžitá náprava. Do dvou prac. dní jsem měl nový stojánek doma, který je naprosto v pořádku. Za mě ukázkový zák. servis (rychlá komunikace, vstřícnost, prozákaznický přístup).
 I ordered two cell phone stands. However, one stand came crooked. A little uncomfortable but I immediately contacted the seller with this information, incl. sending photos of defective goods. By the next day, I received an apology and an immediate remedy. In two works. days I had a new stand at home which is perfectly fine. For me, a sample law. service (fast communication, helpfulness, pro-customer approach).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provozovna blízko centra i ÚAN Zvonařky, pánové za přepážkami příjemní a vstřícní . Jednu hvězdu beru za to, že přišel jeden ze dvou pásků na hodinky jiný typ, než byl objednán. Ale byl mi vypsán dobropis na reklamaci a zaslání správného zboží a vráceny peníze na účet.
Establishment near the center and ÚAN Zvonařky, gentlemen behind the counters pleasant and helpful. I take one star for the fact that one of the two straps came for a watch of a different type than the one ordered. But I was given a credit note for complaints and sending the right goods, and my money was returned to my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejnu doporučuji, mají rozumné ceny (nižší při objednání přes eshop, což lze i na prodejně), příjemné jednání a hlavně není problém zaparkovat kousek od prodejny na blízké střeše Vaňkovky
I recommend the store, they have reasonable prices (lower when ordering through the e-shop, which is also possible at the store), pleasant negotiations and most importantly it is not a problem to park a short distance from the store on the nearby roof of Vaňkovka
