I had a broken phone display repaired here. In the beginning, everything seemed fine. (price, repair speed, friend's good experience) When I picked up the phone, I couldn't check the screen because the phone was flat. At home when I switched on, I noticed at first glance much lower maximum brightness and absolutely poor color rendering. The differences were even more pronounced when compared to another phone. Gradually, I found other less serious problems. (Illuminating backlight LEDs on the navigation buttons over the "black" part of the display cover, top to bottom and bottom of the phone. Furthermore, the entire screen is "dumber" to touch, especially the edge of the display. When the phone is locked navigation button 'back' will light up the display.) Logically, I decided to give them a repair claim. I handed them the phone on Wednesday and I was told that by Friday of the same week, the repair could be done by the beginning of next week at the latest. In the end I could not pick up my phone until the next Friday evening without acknowledging the claim. Low brightness and very poor color rendering is said to be a "feature of this type of LCD panel". I am very disappointed and angry, I would never have anything here to repair and I recommend it to anyone.

I usually support positive reviews and the effort is appreciated, but the bastard mobilprovas called for a negative review. After a while, I used their Brno Dornych service, my display broke after a fall, in which there is a fingerprint reader, which I use a lot. They accepted the mobile phone for service, we discussed the problem that the display would be replaced with a new one, I had to delete the data in advance and after about a week they returned my mobile phone repaired. Unfortunately, I did not notice the deleted phone immediately upon receipt that they mounted a display without a fingerprint reader (how to notice this when the phone is in factory settings and you have to set it ...). On a complaint about a used part, I was told that I had ordered such a part. I revised the order and made sure it wasn't true and the service was lying. On request, the repair of the damaged display was replaced and there was no talk of a part without a reader. The complaint technician did not even want to come up with a solution that I would order a repair of their erroneous repair from them for an additional fee. Their bastard in procedures is unforgiving, because then the customer has no choice but to complain about the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and who has the time. Therefore, I recommend everyone else to check this service really thoroughly and to record an interview with the reception technicians in order to eradicate such bullshit. It wasn't basically about money, it's about the principle that they will do what they want and blame the client. It's not about money, it's about being able to fix the thing, or informing the client in advance, at least I always do it in my profession. After the repair, the phone does not work as it should have and I had to buy another one, but definitely never again at mobilprovas.cz, I would be slapped by the shame. It's just people, but some should go dig the trenches. I recommend the service in Mobilprovas as the last option ... unfortunately what one experience will do. I already go to the Vaňkovka shopping center next to the mobile stations, where there is also a service on the ground floor, and they accommodated me with another mobile service.

Never sell your phone to these people. They are very bad. They say one price on their site, but when it's time to put money on your phone, they call a guy (an idiot technician) who says another lower price without seeing the device. For example, your phone is on their website for CZK 5,000, a "genius technician" says CZK 4,500. Without giving a reason why they give 500 CZK less. Phone in perfect condition (1 month old) with all original accessories and in the original box. Very real advice, never go to Mobilprovas again. Just go to Mobile Emergency if you want to sell something. The price they give on the web is the actual price they give for your device.
