★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuznavaji reklamace. Bota se po necelém roce začala trhat na palci. Typek za pokladnou řekl, že jsem si to prodral sám a zamítl reklamaci. Hotovo, žádná možnost kromě soudního znalce na přezkoumání. Sem už nikdy více.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem si vybrat turistické boty, ale nikdo ze zaměstnanců zde nemá potřebu pracovat a s každou botou nahánět obsluhu po celé prodejně, jestli mi milostivě přinese moji velikost (pokud ji mají, většina zboží pouze ve velikosti 41 a 47) se mi opravdu nechtělo. Nakoupil jsem radši v Decathlonu, sem nejezděte, radši si zboží objednejte levněji z Anglie.
 I wanted to choose hiking boots, but none of the employees here need to work and chase the staff throughout the store with each shoe, if it will graciously bring me my size (if they have it, most goods only in sizes 41 and 47) I really did not want. I prefer to buy in Decathlon, don't come here, you better order goods cheaper from England.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was half an hour before closing. I wanted just take a look, check what they sell. Nice big shop and I found 2 discounted polo's so I wanted to try them. The personal wasn't up to help me but they were somehow weird, so I was fine. When I tried the polo's and left them by dressing room because they were small, just after I made few steps I heard from one of the shop assistant speaking via phone "it's ok, he left the polo's here". The guard and another shop assistant were following me all time. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? I felt really bad. They didn't ask if I'm looking for something, they didn't show any interest, only disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by today, not going to do it again. I asked the lady at entrance where can I find shoes for indoor activities. She showed me one line of shoes on the wall full of shoes and disappeared - no advice or discussion. I found shoes I preferred but boxes with different sizes were not around. I had to find and stop another employee to ask for shoes. I was told to wait. He came back within few minutes and only then I was told that he had to go for the size I want (thank you again, lady standing by the entrance for all the info I needed). When he brought the shoes, he also magically disappeared. Again no interest in me as a customer, no advice for other potential pair of shoes when the chosen ones didn't fit. I left the shoes on the bench and left. At least Hervis store with helpful staff is in nearby SC Vaňkovka.
