Predchozi telefonicka domluva usnadnila jednani na pobocce. Everything is resolved immediately on the spot, a very nice lady at the counter has resolved my request. Pracuji zde 2pracovnici lidi fronta a pracuje jen slečna.Urcite nedoporučuji raději zajděte do lepsiho servisu I don't recommend having a total circus fix here. Branded service center in a strategic location almost in the center of Brno. The staff is friendly and really experienced in the field.
V	Vaclav Hejl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl bych tímto velmi pochválit zdejší servis počínaje příjmem oprav, přes vlastní servisní zásah a nakonec i výdej zakázky. Konkrétně : Závada ostření hlavní kamery - příjem 11.5. dopoledne, bezproblémová komunikace s pracovnicí na příjmu. Tentýž den k večeru zpráva o ukončení zakázky, on-line náhled do OQC. Následující den ráno výdej, kontrola a vše OK. Opraveny i HW závady, které jsem netušil. Vše v rámci záruční doby. Navíc umístění centra na strategickém místě. Nikdy víc , nové zařízení problém s propojením tři dny čekáte na odpověď po třech dnech vám řeknu dejte do servisu , opravdu tyhle předražené šunty nakupovat . Zaměstnanci na prodejnách , info linkách a servisech katastrofa ….. stejná kvalita jak ty jejich šunty co prodávají . Samsung? Never again, a new device connection problem three days waiting for an answer after three days I will tell you to service, really these overpriced shuns to buy. Employees in shops, info lines and disaster services… .. the same quality as their shunts they sell.
