Jestliže manažeru, řediteli pobočky přijde vše v pořádku, tak potom ten pán/paní je nejvic mimo With a clear conscience I can say that this unbeatably the worst bank branch in general I have experienced. Zakladanie účtu nám trvalo cez 3 hodiny, posúvali si nás z okienka k okienku, popritom sa ešte na príchod zamestnancov z obednej pauzy muselo čakať.( 2 okienka mali pauzu z 3) Neprofesionalita a chaos na 1*, dodnes nám neprišli doklady k bankovému účtu kt. sme založili. Hrôza Despite the coronavirus situation, the terrible "management" of the branch. It took us over 3 hours to set up the account, they moved us from window to window, and we still had to wait for the arrival of employees from the lunch break. (2 windows had a break of 3) kt. we founded. Horror
L	Lukáš Pavka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tady je to super, nikdy nic tady nemůžete zařídit, buď to nejde, nebo se musíte objednat, což je taky zážitek, řeknete jim, že můžete Pondělí nebo Úterý příští týden dopoledne a bez další diskuze Vám dají termín na přespříští týden ve středu odpoledne. Lidi tady jsou neochotni, nepříjemný i když s nima jedná člověk slušně. Zkusil jsem s nima jednat aj stejně jako oni se mnou a to se jim okamžitě nezdálo a chovali se až agresivně. Bohužel na jejich telefonních kanálech je to ještě násobne horší, takže ruším účet a nikdy více. Jak pobočka, tak banka je u mně na černé listině. M	Michal Solár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočka moju partnerku obrala o cca. 800 kč na poplatkoch za účet, ktorý sa mal tranzitovať do inej banky pred 8 mesiacmi. Jednalo sa o pridružený cudzomenový účet, ktorý mal zaniknúť so zrušením hlavného účtu, lenže to sa nestalo... Nie len, že účet bez poplatkov nezrušili ale po dlhšom období sa tam objavili nedoplaky o ktorých sme nevedeli. UNI CREDIT TAK "LEGÁLNE" OKRÁDA SVOJÍCH KLIENTOV!!!
