Velká a prosperující značka, ale bohužel neproškolený a hlavně arogantní personál, nejsem spokojen! I called the infoline several times regarding investment questions, I never received the necessary information. Large and prosperous brand, but unfortunately untrained and especially arrogant staff, I am not satisfied!
J	Jo Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám na ty banky asi smůlu. Byl jsem v pondělí založit na pobočce běžný účet pro právnickou osobu. Všechno proběhlo perfektně, rychle a v přijemné atmosféře. Akorát ani po pár dnech není běžný účet funkční :-) Nedostal jsem slíbené úvodní heslo do e-portalu, na info lince mi řekli, že ano , že tam vidí nějakou nestrovnalost, netuší ale o co jde a že to ihned prověří a ozvou se mi zpátky. No, zatím se nikdo neozval. Tak nic, trpělivost prý přináší růže a třeba časem přinese i to heslo. Začínám mít ale nepříjemný pocit , jestli banka, která nezvládá ani takovouto základní agentu, je to pravé místo pro svěření nějakých finančních prostředků a provádění s nimi nějakých operací. Pokus o založení účtu pro fyzickou osobu zkolaboval po nafocení občanky úplně a odkázala mě jejich platforma obligátně na infolinku. :-) Ani mě to moc nepřekvapilo. I'm probably unlucky for those banks. I was on Monday to open a current account for a legal entity at the branch. Everything went perfectly, quickly and in a pleasant atmosphere. Just after a few days, the current account is not working :-) I did not receive the promised introductory password to the e-portal, they told me on the info line that yes, that they see some irregularity there, but they have no idea what it is and that they will check it immediately and get in touch me back. Well, no one has called yet. Nothing, patience is said to bring roses and maybe over time it will bring the password. But I'm starting to feel uncomfortable if a bank that doesn't even handle such a basic agent is the right place to entrust some funds and carry out some operations with them. The attempt to open an account for a natural person collapsed completely after the photo of the citizen, and their platform obligated me to the infoline. :-) It didn't surprise me much either.
