★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested overdraft and a phone number change.
Both requests were to take 1-2 days.
Result - Both requests were filed wrongly. Phone number was not changed for 3ds secure code, had to call helpdesk to fix it.
The overdraft request had a mistake (because of the girl there) and had to be corrected by me at their office. Except they forgot to call me to ask me to come over.
--1.5 week further--
When I started chasing them and went to their office ... the "corrected" request was filed wrongly again, luckily HQ called me directly and sorted it out.
The girl at location was going to call me when the request was completed ... even that she failed at and I had to chase her myself to get confirmation (after making 5 repeat calls to the office before anyone picked up).
Overall ---- try any of the other Banks in the area -- do yourself a favor and skip this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and kind personnel. They all speak English which is important for a foreigner opening bank accounts for the first time. Mr. Jakub Juroš was very helpful as he answered all my questions immediately. The bank account and mobile app were active even before I left the building. Generally a good experience.
