★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nahlášení pojistné události bylo vyřešeno s tím, že si mám zavolat na zákaznickou linku a tak jim událost popsat, neboť pracovnice na pobočce to v počítači neumí.
Podle této rady nakonec vše v pořádku, ale to jsem tam nemusel chodit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pojišťovna za celý můj život. Už jsem uzavírala 24 pojistek za sebe a 8 za rodinu.Ale s takovými praktikami,jako jsou u ČPP, jsem se ještě nesetkala!!! Používání nekalých praktik, není neobvyklé. Mimo jiné, dluzny poplatek za upomínku vám strhnou na poplatek a jelikož timoadem dluzite na pojistném ,např jen 280 korun, vypovím vám poj smlouvu , Na zdražení stávající poj. smlouvy, neupozorní zpusobem, jak je to u ostatních pojišťoven. Kdesi, mezi řádky, velmi malým písmem , jen tak mimochodem .... Přečtěte si i jiné recenze Ještě musím dodat, že jejich produkty jsou předraženy !!
The worst insurance company in my entire life. I have already concluded 24 policies for myself and 8 for the family. But I have never met such practices as in ČPP !!! Using unfair practices is not uncommon. Among other things, the due fee for the reminder will deduct the fee and because timoad you owe premiums, for example only 280 crowns, I terminate the concept of the contract, to raise the current insurance contract, not the way as other insurance companies. Somewhere, between the lines, very small print, just by the way .... Read other reviews I have to add that their products are overpriced !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud vás klient této pojišťovny málem zabije při dopravní nehodě autem a skončíte s těžkými zraněními v nemocnici s dobou léčby 1 rok a vozidlem na totálku dostanete od této pojišťovny jen pouhých 12 000 korun za vše.
Je to výsměch
