★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám "Bezpečný domov PLUS" a řešil jsem u RD škodu od krup na venkovních ŽALUZIÍCH, v prvním vyjádření nárok uznali, ale ale plnění zamítli s odůvodněním že venkovní ROLETY nejsou předmětem pojištění. Po vyvrácení pojišťovna ve druhém vyjádření plnění opět zamítla, tentokráte se zdůvodněním, že jsem se o majetek řádně nestaral, žaluzie jsem před kroupami nevytáhl a případně mám mít instalovaný senzor.
I have "Safe Home PLUS" and I dealt with the house for damage from hail on the outdoor BLINDS, in the first statement they acknowledged the claim, but rejected the performance on the grounds that the outdoor ROLLER BLINDS are not subject to insurance. After the rebuttal, the insurance company again rejected the performance in the second statement, this time on the grounds that I did not take good care of the property, I did not pull out the blinds from the hail and possibly have a sensor installed.
