Jsem spokojená. Účet jsem si vyřídila přes internet. Vše přehledné, jednoduché a bez zbytečných poplatků. Vše co potřebuji vyřídím z domu. Banku mi doporučil před pár roky náš finanční poradce.

Tragedie, vkladomat ve vankovce opět nefunkční peníze nejdou vložit.

Jsem dlouhodobym klientem Equa Bank a poprve v zivote jsem byl opravdu zklamany. Kdyz uz se konecne po nekolika letech zavedou vytouzene vkladomaty, predpoklada clovek, ze funguji a ono ejhle. Clovek potrebuje nutne vlozit penize zrovna dnes a zrovna dnes ten vkladomat nemiluje moji karty. Masina, ktera se zda v poradku (nema zadnou uvodni chybovou hlasku, kartu to v pohode veme, zada se PIN) vam po zadani moznosti “Vklad” hodi hlasku - litujeme, pro vasi kartu nelze operaci provest. A to tomu predchazela dalsi chybova hlaska, ze nefunguje bezkontaktni prihlaseni. Jelikoz mam nove zlatou kartu, svadelo me to k myslence, ze mozna mam neco s kartou a o par pater nize se nachazi pobocka, rikam si, ze zkusim stesti. Stesti se spis pretvoril ve smutek. Pani bankerka si tam povidala se svym partnerem a ignorovala fakt, ze tam stoji klient. Az po nejake chvilce ho odprovodila a zeptala se co mam na srdci. Po vysvetleni, ze mam kartu v poradku mi rikala, ze je vkladomat zrejme rozbity a ze se to stava casto i ostatnim klientum a odkazala me na variantu s postou, kterou jsem odmitl se slovy, ze to potrebuji dnes a ze rozhodne v roce 2021 nebudu volit nejakou postu. Rad bych timto prispevkem dal feedback: 1. Pokud vkladomat nefunguje, potrebuje servis ci cokoliv, naprogramujte mu hlasku jiz na uvod, ze je vkladomat mimo provoz! Ne, ze vypada v poradku a potom neni! 2. Jsem zastancem nazoru “klient/zakaznik na prvnim miste”. Chapu, ze kdyz mam sichtu v nedeli, kde se otoci 2-3 lidi za den na pobocce, nudim se a rad si zavolam kamaradovi nebo partnerovi a “zabiju” trochu ten cas. Na druhou stranu kdyz uvidim klienta, ktery prichazi na pobocku, okamzite vypakuju a venuji se klientovi. 3. Pokud uvadite, ze mate klientskou linku i v nedeli do 20:00, predpokladam, ze funguje. Po 10-15min niceho jsem zavesil kdyz se mi konecne vsimla pani bankerka. Nemyslim, ze je v nedeli takovy “traffic” ze nelze operovat a nejvic to zabila hlaska od pani bankerky, ze se nikomu nedovola (po tom, co jsem ji poprosil, zda by se nekomu ozvala kdo by treba mohl vedet jestli opravdu vkladomat potrebuje servis) - na to jsem ji rekl, ze prece funguje zakaznicka linka doufajic, ze ma treba nejaky magicky telefon a dovola se tam. Nic z toho se nestalo. Nakonec jsem to vyresil tim, ze NASTESTI mam druhy ucet u AIR BANK kde VKLADOMAT FUNGUJE a da se rict, ze zachranil situaci. Asi budu muset prehodnotit priority bank a uctu. Clovek si zalozi zlatou kartu po nekolika letech, projevi tim vlastne nejakou duveru a ono se to takto “vyplati”. PS: Vkladomat se nachazi v Galerii Vankovka - udelejte s tim prosim neco! Na pobocku jsem zasel cca v 17:25.

When the coveted depositories are finally introduced after a few years, one assumes that they are working and that and more. A person needs to deposit money today and the deposit machine doesn't love my cards right now. The machine that matches the line (it has no initial error message, we know the card, the PIN is entered) will throw you a message after entering the option "Deposit" - we are sorry, the operation cannot be performed for your card. And this was preceded by another error message that contactless login does not work. Since I have a new gold card, it made me think that maybe I have something with the card and a few floors down there is a branch, I say I'll try my luck. Fortunately, the file turned into sadness. The banker talked to her partner there and ignored the fact that the client was standing there. And after a while she escorted him and asked what I had in mind. After explaining that my card was fine, she told me that the deposit machine was probably broken and that it often happened to other clients, and she referred me to a variant with a post, which I refused with the words that I need it today and that I will definitely not in 2021. choose a post. I would like to give feedback with this contribution: 1. If the ATM does not work, needs service or anything, program its voice to indicate that the ATM is out of order! Not that he looks fine and then he doesn't! 2. I am a supporter of the opinion "client / customer in the first place". I understand that when I have a seat on Sunday, where 2-3 people turn around at the branch every day, I'm bored and I like to call a friend or partner and "kill" a bit that time. On the other hand, when I see a client coming to the branch, I immediately pack up and deal with the client. 3. If you state that you have a client line on Sundays by 20:00, I assume that it works. After 10-15 minutes I hung up when the banker finally noticed me. I don't think there is such "traffic" on Sunday that it is impossible to operate, and it was killed the most by the voice from the banker that she didn't call anyone (after I asked her if she could call someone who might need to know if the ATM really needs service. ) - I told her that the customer line works, hoping that I need a magic phone and call there. None of this happened. In the end, I solved it by the fact that NASTESTI I have a second account at AIR BANK where VKLADOMAT WORKS and it can be said that he saved the situation. I will probably have to reconsider the priorities of banks and account. One establishes a gold card after a few years, it actually shows some trust and it "pays off" like this. PS: The vending machine is located in the Vankovka Gallery - please do something about it! I arrived at the branch at about 5:25 p.m.

Kdysi příjemný personál. Nyní katastrofa. Slečna dvacet minut hledí na obrazovku(klient sedí před ní), bez jediného slova, úhozu do klávesnice a hromadící se fronta ji nezajímá, spíš zavírací doba. S bankomatem v horním patře jsou neustálé problémy. Volím raději pobočku na Joštově ulici. Ovšem v současné době s permanentními problémy ze strany banky, uvažuji o změně.

Bankomat ve Vańkovce opět polámaný. Dva dny nejdou vkládat peníze, slečna na pobočce vás odkáže na druhý bankomat na Joštovu, kde nezaparkujete. V Králově Poli je nová pobočka která je pouze bezhotovostní a bankomat u ní není!!! Na Brno dát pouze dva bankomaty je opravdu velmi málo. Zvažuji odchod k jiné bance.
The ATM in Vańkovka broke again. It is not possible to deposit money for two days, the young lady at the branch will direct you to a second ATM in Joštova, where you will not park. There is a new branch in Králové Pole which is only cashless and there is no ATM at it !!! It is really very little to put only two ATMs in Brno. I'm considering going to another bank.

Avoid this branch, go to the one in Ceska, they are way friendlier and more professional. I came to this Vankovka branch twice. First, the lady did not speak English so I left. Second time, the lady did her job with a face full of hatred mixed with exhaustion. I think she's having a major issue with her boyfriend and brought it to work with her. Bad bad baaaad hahahaha

Ms. Simona Vy***** was very helpful, she doesn't speak English on native level but good enough and she could understand me well, thanked to the help from Ms. Natalie, they made a great team, total success today for me.
