★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem obsloužen ihned, slečna mi nabídla vodu nebo kávu. Můj požadavek byl vyřízen vcelku rychle a ochotně, jen mi kolegyně nabídla že mne budete kontaktovat stran vašich nabídek v přesný den. Nikdo ovšem nezavolal, což mi v závěru nevadí. Přístup slečny, byl na můj vkus až moc neformální, nicméně toto je image banky, tudíž to respektuji. Za mě plný počet a moje spokojenost.
 I was served immediately, the lady offered me water or coffee. My request was handled quite quickly and willingly, only my colleague offered to contact me about your offers on the exact day. However, no one called, which I do not mind at the end. Miss's attitude was too informal for my taste, but this is the bank's image, so I respect it. For me full number and my satisfaction.
