★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place placed in crowded mall this Starbucks is surprisingly quiet. Staff is great they help you if you need anything and are always smiling. Coffee is basically what you get at any Starbucks.

I ordered Green Tea Frappuccino and I asked the girl behind the cash desk if there is some sugar in the drink, either in the powder, or added extra. I was assure that there is none. I paid and got the prepared drink just to find out it's sweet... I went to the another girl that was preparing the drinks to ask about it and I was informed that there is something called base with vanilla flavor added to the drink that is actually sweet. The girl by herself asked me how would I like it to have and offered me that she will prepare it for me. I ended up having the free drink replacement without the base. My heart was full of joy.
On the top of that, the lady that prepared my replacement drink came to me afterwards, asked me how I like the drink, and game me money because the drink without the base was slightly cheaper. I mean - wow.
At least staff in Starbucks accepts the fact that everyone likes their drink in some specific way. And considering the prices of the drinks, I'm glad that staff does that.
I also see that the employees of Starbucks have some standards that they follow when they approach the customers, but this was really nice and I could see that the girl preparing the drinks was really making an effort. I'm cheering for her!
