★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozbila se nám pračka, což se moc nehodí normálně, natož v době nouzového stavu. Po několika marných pokusech o kontaktování a domluvení servisu v jiných společnostech mi vyšli vstříc až v AZ chlazení. Napsala jsem e-mail, hned druhý den volala milá paní, domluvila se se mnou na postupu. Poslala jsem fotku zkratovaného dílu, ten objednali a přesně týden na to mi volali, že díl už díl přišel a domluvili jsme se na čase, kdy technik dorazí díl vyměnit hned následující den. V daný den v domluveném čase pan technik nejprve s předstihem volal, aby potvrdil servis, dorazil dne dohody a vše do 20 minut opravil. Hurá! :-) Kéž by to takto fungovalo všude.
 Our washing machine broke, which is not very convenient normally, let alone during an emergency. After several futile attempts to contact and arrange service in other companies, they only met me in AZ cooling. I wrote an e-mail, the next day a nice lady called, agreed with me on the procedure. I sent a photo of the short-circuited part, they ordered it and exactly a week later they called me that the part had already arrived and we agreed on a time when the technician would arrive to replace the part the next day. On the given day at the agreed time, the technician first called in advance to confirm the service, arrived on the day of the agreement and repaired everything within 20 minutes. Hurray! :-) I wish it worked like this everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice špatná zkušenost se servisem A-Z Chlazení! Nešla nám myčka BEKO, volal jsem tam a paní říká přijeďte máme volno. Když jsem tam přijel musel jsem nejdříve zaplatit 400 Kč za diagnostiku která prý bude do 5 dnů !? A potom prý budete čekat asi 3 týdny na náhradní díly ( v dnešní době - asi lodí přijede) !? Když jsem paní říkal jestli si to dokáže přestaví bez myčky 1 měsíc - tak říkala že sama myčku nemá...!? Asi moderní pojetí domácnosti...
Very bad service experience A-Z Cooling! We did not go dishwasher BEKO, I called there and the lady says come we are off. When I arrived there I had to pay 400 CZK for diagnostics, which is supposed to be in 5 days!? And then you are supposed to wait about 3 weeks for spare parts (nowadays - probably ships will come)!? When I told the lady if she could rebuild it without a dishwasher for 1 month - so she said she didn't have a dishwasher ...!? Probably a modern concept of household ...

Na prodejně nám dali kontakt na Az.Nejprve kontakt na operátorku, pak upřesnění u technika... no a poté už jen oprava... cena rozumná, kvalita nekompromisní, jednání více než profesionál ní... Doporučuji a děkuji za Váš přístup, byť se jednalo o opravu -v řádu stokorun!
We had a problem with the Whirlpool dishwasher. At the store they gave us a contact on Az. First contact the operator, then clarification with a technician ... well and then just a repair ... reasonable price, uncompromising quality, more than professional behavior ... I recommend and thank you for your approach, be it a repair - in the order of a hundred crowns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji tuto firmu. Aniž by provedli jakoukoliv práci fakturují si peníze, i když nedojde k dohodě o ceně , jejich budoucí práce. Dále vymáhá peníze advokát. Špatné jednání této firmy, nedoporučuji ji nikomu.
