★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel ani po 6ti měsících nejsou schopni zprovoznit plnou funkčnost čerpadla. Při prodeji bylo slíbeno mnoho a pak se nestalo vůbec nic. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!
Unfortunately, even after 6 months, they are not able to put the pump into full operation. A lot was promised during the sale and then nothing happened at all. Definitely not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 6 měsících užívaní čerpadla se začaly projevovat problémy s teplou vodou a následně i s topením.
Teplá voda tekla sporadicky většinu času vlažná. Za poslední 4 roky technici (tady by chtělo uvést jací technici -.HK? )provedli 6 návštěv kdy nebyli schopni zjsitit příčinu. Následně byl pozván technik přímo ze společnosti Daikin (výrobce čerpadla), který nastavil čerpalo, tak že vypnul cirkulaci. Z kohoutku bylo potřeba ponechat protéct velké množství studené vody, než začala téct voda teplá, tím pádem docházelo k velkým ztrátám vody.
Diky sousedovi který řesil stejný problém, jsme zjistili, že je vada na záložním ohřívači. Po přeměření našeho čerpadla, bylo zjištěno, že součástka opravdu nefunguje. (Na základě informace od společnosti Daikin je tato vada velice ojedinělá.)
Po několika urgencích na servis, se firma Klima Chlazení HK rozhodla poslat technika, který následně zjistil ze součástka nefunguje. Technik objednal novou součátku - nový ohřívač. Po měsíci přijel a při výměně zjistil ze byla objednána špatná součástka. Po teto zkušenosti jsem se rozhodl ukončit spolupráci s Klima Chlazení HK a oslovil jsem firmu Klima Energy. P. Matička (KLIMA Energy) po přeměření došel k stejnému závěru ze je potřeba vyměnit ohřívač, ale také se začal zjišťovat příčinu teto závady. Následně zjistil, že napětí které vede do ohřívače a mělo by být 230 V je indikováno na 400 V. Na základě šetření se zjistilo ze technik od Klima Chlazení HK v domnění ze urychlí ohřívaní teplé vody připojil 2 kabely v rozvodové skříni do jističe viz foto. V případě topení zjistil, že bylo vypnuté oběhové čerpadlo. Po této otřesné zkušenosti určitě nedoporučuji firmu Klima Chlazení HK, jejíž technici nemají dostatečnou odbornou způsobilost k poskytování servisu.

A large amount of cold water had to flow from the tap before the warm water began to flow, causing great water losses.
Thanks to the neighbor who solved the same problem, we found that there was a defect in the backup heater. After measuring our pump, it was found that the component does not really work. (Based on information from Daikin, this defect is very rare.)
After a few claims for service, Klima Cooling HK decided to send a technician who subsequently found out that the component is not working. The technician ordered a new addition - a new heater. After a month he arrived and found out that the wrong part had been ordered. After this experience, I decided to stop working with Klima Chladenie HK and approached Klima Energy. P. Matička (KLIMA Energy) came to the same conclusion after re-measurement, it is necessary to replace the heater, but also the cause of this defect started to be determined. Subsequently, he found that the voltage that led to the heater and should be 230 V is indicated at 400 V. On the basis of the investigation it was found by technicians from Klima HK cooling in the assumption of accelerating hot water heating connected 2 cables in the distribution box to the circuit breaker see photo. In the case of heating, he found that the circulation pump was switched off. After this appalling experience, I definitely do not recommend Klima Cooling HK, whose technicians do not have sufficient expertise to provide service.
