★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalace klimatizace v rodinném domě byla provedena profesionálně v domluvený termín během několika hodin. Firma dbala na pořádek už při instalaci, všechno neustále pečlivě luxovala. Nakonec znovu provedli finální úklid. Takhle jsem si to představoval, že to bude provedeno.
Installation of air conditioning in the family house was done professionally in the agreed term within a few hours. The company took care of the order already during the installation, everything was constantly carefully vacuumed. Finally, they did the final cleaning again. That's how I imagined it would be done.

Klima Energy provided a free visit to the technician in our home. The engineer has designed an optimal variant of the solution tailored to us. Installation was very professional, fast and clean. We chose the company based on excellent references, which we can only confirm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klima Energy chválím kudy chodím! :-) Nechali jsme si instalovat tepelné čerpadlo a setkali jsme se s maximálně profesionálním, vstřícným a přátelským přístupem v průběhu celého procesu, počínaje už samotným výběrem vhodné jednotky. Samotná instalace včetně napojení na topnou soustavu (za což ještě jednou děkujeme!) šla jako po másle a výsledek bylo nejen skvěle fungující TČ a precizně udělané rozvody na které je radost pohledět, ale i technická místnost čistší, než před jejich příjezdem :-) Ještě jednou děkujeme!
Klima Energy praises where I go! :-) We had a heat pump installed and we met with the most professional, helpful and friendly approach throughout the process, starting with the selection of a suitable unit. The installation itself, including the connection to the heating system (for which we thank you once again!) Went smoothly and the result was not only a well-functioning heat pump and precisely made wiring that is a pleasure to look at, but also a technical room cleaner than before their arrival :-) Thank you once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý přístup, čerpadlo jsme řešili od března a instalace byla až v listopadu. Pro nabídnutí lepší ceny mi drželi čerpadlo u nich na skladě více jak půl roku. Instalace proběhla bez problémů. Vše jasně vysvětleno. Těším se, až budu moci za rok, dva potvrdit, že čerpadlo byla dobrá volba pro topení a ohřev vody z hlediska spotřeby elektrické energie.
Great approach, we have been dealing with the pump since March and the installation was not until November. To offer me a better price, they kept the pump in stock with them for more than half a year. The installation went smoothly. Everything clearly explained. I look forward to being able to confirm in a year or two that the pump was a good choice for heating and hot water in terms of electricity consumption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmou nám bylo na RD dodáno tepelné čerpadlo. Musím říct, že vše probíhalo naprosto ukázkově. Příkladné, ochotné a milé jednání paní Matičkové se zákazníkem v rámci výběru vhodného zařízení. Následovalo odborné zaměření a prohlídka stavby vč. rad, týkajících se stavební připravenosti. Taktéž oceňuji bezproblémový přístup při nalezení vhodného termínu instalace. Samotná montáž byla už jen třešničkou na dortu. Přes den byly obě jednotky TČ nainstalovány a pan Matička se ochotně vrátil na stavbu i ve večerních hodinách, aby nám provedl instruktáž obsluhy zařízení.
Tuto společnost tak za sebe mohu rozhodně doporučit.
By us we were delivered to the house heat pump. I must say that everything went absolutely exemplary. Exemplary, helpful and kind lady Matičková negotiations with the customer in the selection of appropriate equipment. Followed by specialization and a tour of the building incl. advice relating to construction readiness. I also appreciate the seamless approach to identify the appropriate installation date. The actual installation was just the icing on the cake. During the day, the two units were installed heat pump and Mr. Matička willingly returned to the building in the evening, so we carried out the briefing service of the equipment.
This company and for myself I can definitely recommend it.
