Pan velice nepříjemný a arogantní. Ostatní personál velice milý. V Letňanech výměna bez problému. Unpleasant experience with the "manager" of the store who refused to change my shoes an hour after buying shoes, unfortunately I needed to change them for another size. Mr. very unpleasant and arrogant. Other staff very nice. Exchange in Letňany without a problem.
R	Radka Eichlerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme navštívili prodejnu OC Nový Smíchov. Chtěli jsme koupit tenisky. Holčina, která nás obsluhovala, byla moc milá, vyzkoušeli jsme, vybrali. Velké rozčarování se dostavilo u kasy. Zde byla mladá holka. Už paní před náma chtěla platit kartou, slečna ji to odbouchla hotově. Takže ječela na druhou prodavačku, ta musela nákup stornovat a znovu ... Lidé ve frontě začínali být mírně nervózní. Přišli jsme na řadu. Slečna nám nezapomněla načíst zákaznickou kartičku, malé +, ALE!, kartička se nenačetla do nákupu, znova slečna ječela na druhou prodavačku, museli jsme si vyslechnout, jak je její život zbytečný a snad ani nechce žít... Zas chtěli po mně zaplatit. Říkám, že už jsem platila a platba proběhla. Slečna ječela, že to stornovala a peníze už mám určitě zpátky. Říkám ji, že tohle tak nefunguje. Chovala se ke mně jak k neználkovi. Takže jsem boty zaplatila podruhé. Děkuji slečně, že mi zablokovala peníze na několik dní!!! , bez omluvy, s povýšeným hloupým chováním... Jestli se zaučovala, nechápu, že jiná prodavačka nestála vedle ní! Velké zklamání.. Today we visited the OC Nový Smíchov store. We wanted to buy sneakers. The girl who served us was very nice, we tried, chose. Great disappointment came at the cash register. There was a young girl here. The lady in front of us already wanted to pay by card, the young lady blew it away in cash. So she screamed at the other saleswoman, she had to cancel her purchase and again ... The people in line were getting a little nervous. It's our turn. The young lady did not forget to load the customer card, small +, BUT !, the card did not load, the young lady screamed to the second saleswoman again, we had to hear how useless her life was and maybe she didn't even want to live ... They wanted to pay for me again. I say I have already paid and the payment has been made. The young lady screamed that she canceled it and I definitely have my money back. I'm telling her this doesn't work that way. She treated me like an ignoramus. So I paid for the shoes a second time. Thank you miss, she blocked my money for a few days !!! , without apology, with exalted stupid behavior ... If she was learning, I don't understand that another saleswoman wasn't standing next to her! Big disappointment ..
