Odeslal jsem email s informacemi a v podstatě ihned obratem už jsem měl telefonát a i když mnou zakoupené zboží nebylo již na skladě, tak jsem jako omluvu dostal o třídu lepší zboží ? Za mě super, super, super ? I have been shopping here for some month back and I give 5 * for an incredibly attractive complaint handling ? I sent an email with information and basically immediately I had a phone call and even though the goods I bought was not in stock, so as an excuse I got a better product class ? For me super, super, super ?

Pisou do 19;00 a je zavreno od 17:00, bud jim nefunguje terminal na karty, nebo terminal na zasilky.. 5 ze 7 navstev je vzdy neuspesny ... dnes opet to same. There is a problem every time I go to pick up a shipment. They write until 19:00 and it is closed from 17:00, either the card terminal or the mail terminal does not work for them. 5 out of 7 visits are always unsuccessful ... today the same thing.

B	Barbora Zitová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blond pani stredniho veku, pracujici jako prodavacka v tomto obchode, by mela zmenit obor, kdyz ji tak moc otravuji zakaznici, ze ani slusne nepozdravi a v podstate na kazdou otazku nebo onterakci vam odpovi tonem, ze ktereho je jasne citit ze vas povazuje za totalniho debila. A middle-aged blonde lady working as a saleswoman in this store should change her industry when I am so bothered by customers that she doesn't even greet her, and basically every question or interaction will answer you in a tone that clearly makes you feel like a total moron.
