Amazing studio, great bunch, wonderful environment and the owner at 1 ** I highly recommend going and try even if you are not exactly a twig (own experience). And most importantly a great experience and fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejen, že jsem tu konečně našla místo, kde se lektorky dokáží přizpůsobit mému tempu a potřebám, kde je cvičení dostatečně zábavné a zároveň vidím výsledky.
Ale také jsem našla skvělé lidi, kteří mě dokáží povzbudit a podpořit ve chvílích, kdy to chci vzdát - a to jak mezi lektorkami (Karolína Frančová, Lenka Hreusová), tak i mezi štamgasty studia.
Not only did I finally find a place where the trainers can adapt to my pace and needs, where the exercise is fun enough and at the same time I see the results.
But I also found great people who can encourage and support me when I want to give up - both among the teachers (Karolína Frančová, Lenka Hreusová) and among the regulars of the studio.

The classroom itself is very nice, there are 6 poles. Mats and spirit are at your disposal.
