★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této provozovně jsem byla již potřetí a vždy naprosté krávy a volové jejich jednání nemá úroveň a vždy se tváří jako by je zákazník obtěžoval nikdy více !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uděluji jednu hvězdu, ale pokud by to bylo možné nedal bych ani tu jednu. Při předávání reklamace mě prodavačka buzerovala: "Proč jste si to nevyzvedl dřív". Poté co jsem jí odvětil že to není její věc, flákla dvířky u pultíku a odebrala se neznámo kam. Paní a osazenstvo prodejny mají nejspíš pěkný nepořádek v reklamacích když byl takový problém to dohledat. Vedoucí prodejny nekompetentní, neřekla ani "sorry" a to přihlížela na to divadýlko co mi tam paní zahrála. Příště až budu chtít boty co nevydrží ani 2 měsíce a neuznanou reklamaci, až budu chtít opět zažít divadýlko s neurotickou kr*vou za pultem, vím kam jít.
I give one star, but if it were possible I wouldn't give one. When handing over the complaint, the saleswoman buzzed me: "Why didn't you pick it up earlier". After I told her it wasn't her business, she slammed the door at the counter and walked off to nowhere. The lady and the staff of the store probably have a nice mess in complaints when it was such a problem to find out. The store manager, incompetent, didn't even say "sorry" and she was watching the show the lady had played for me there. The next time I want shoes that don't last even 2 months and an unrecognized complaint, when I want to experience a play with neurotic blood behind the counter again, I know where to go.
