Ikdyž jsem našel u 'konkurence' stejné zboží, tak bylo většinou za vyšší cenu. Zdejší obsluha byla v mém případě vždy ochotná a příjemná. The A3 Sport store offers branded sportswear, shoes, bags, backpacks and other accessories at decent prices. Although I found the same goods from the 'competition', it was usually at a higher price. The local staff was always willing and pleasant in my case.

Proto člověk raději nakupuje na eshopech. For the staff, their own entertainment and solving weekend experiences is more important than meeting the customer. In two words ... reluctance and disinterest. That's why you prefer to shop at e-shops.

A3sport nechtěl, abych boty vrátil na prodejně v Ostravě a donutil mne vyřídit celý poštovní proces, aby se boty dostali zpět na stejnou pobočku do Varů.. za to měl dojít balík už bez dobírky se správnými botami.. boty nakonec přišly, ale z jiné prodejny, a ne zadarmo.. takže jsem vesele zaplatil dvakrát za stejnou věc.. reklamaci a navrácení peněz řešili celkem rychle až na to, že by peníze museli opravdu poslat zpět.. peníze nikde, skoro 3 týdenní zadržování z dvakrát zaplacené objednávky nakonec vedlo k tomu, že je měli konečně poslat skrz poštovní poukázku i přes to, že jsem jasně žádal navrácení na účet, a až po sepsání tohoto komentáře a velmi striktního emailu se situace vyřešila v můj prospěch s omluvou "jsme přece jen lidi" no.. každý ať si udělá svůj vlastní názor, dle mého by se neochota při řešení vlastního pochybení dala krájet. Za mne velké mínus dolů, a také můj poslední nákup. Out of 4 pairs of shoes ordered, 2 pairs came completely different. with the right shoes .. the shoes eventually came, but from another store, and not for free .. so I happily paid twice for the same thing .. they dealt with complaints and refunds quite quickly, except that the money would really have to be sent back .. money nowhere, almost 3 weeks of detention from a twice-paid order eventually led them to finally send them through a postal order, despite the fact that I clearly requested a return to the account, and only after writing this comment and a very strict email did the situation resolve in my benefit with the excuse "we are just people" well .. let everyone make their own opinion, in my opinion, the reluctance to solve their own mistakes could be cut. For me a big minus down, and also my last purchase.

O reklamaci, jako takové, průběhu a samotném vyjádření se ani nemá smysl vyjadřovat.. Pan Pejcl se vyjádřil dost jasně a bohužel není jediný s takovou zkušeností. Once and Enough! This shop didn't convince me to go shopping right here. There is no point in expressing the complaint as such, the course and the statement itself.
M	Martin Pejcl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodil jsem sem nakupovat, jelikož to byl jeden z mála sportů, kde měli boty mojí velikosti (49). V březnu 2019 jsem si zde koupil boty za 2200 Kč. V květnu jsem zjistil, že boty mají prošoupanou látku na obou patách. Šel jsem je proto reklamovat. To co mě čekalo, byla hrůza. Po měsíci mi přišla SMS s tím, že mojí reklamaci neuznávají. Dále mi napsali, že mají odborné vyjádření znalce. Když jsem si pro boty přijel, tak mi byl předložen cár papíru s hlavičkou A3 sportu s naprosto zcestným vyjádřením, že jsem si vybral špatnou velikost bot, a že si za to vlastně můžu sám. Pod tímhle předepsaným textem bylo razítko jakéhosi znalce. Dále mi bylo řečeno, že pokud s reklamací nesouhlasím, tak si mám nechat udělat vlastní znalecký posudek a poté přijít a oni mi proplatí znalecký posudek i boty. Na paní jsem se usmál, boty si vzal a odjel domů. Nikdy už tu neutratím ani korunu. I used to go shopping here because it was one of the few sports that had my size shoes (49). In March 2019 I bought here shoes for 2200 CZK. In May, I found that the shoes had a worn fabric on both heels. So I went to claim them. What awaited me was horrible. After a month I received an SMS saying that they do not recognize my complaint. Furthermore, they wrote to me that they have an expert opinion. When I came for my shoes, I was presented with a sheet of paper with the A3 sport lettering with utterly misguided expression that I chose the wrong shoe size, and that I can actually do it myself. There was an expert's stamp under that prescribed text. Furthermore, I was told that if I do not agree with the complaint, I should have my own expert opinion and then come and they will pay me an expert opinion and shoes. I smiled at the lady, took my shoes and went home. I'll never spend a crown here.

L	Lumir Kalbac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2pairs of running shoes and the staff at the checkout counter was incredibly rude! There was a mix up with the shoe sizes in the box and the staff was sending me clear msg that it was my fault. No apology whatsoever after making purchase for 4000CZK!
