i	iHelp 4U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Souhlasím ,dnes 28.12.jsem v prodejně A3sport Prostejov také byla v šoku . Reklamace mi byla uznána a prodejce mi vyměnil obuv za novou. Nové boty ale mají stejnou vadu jako ty předchozí, ale ne na jedné botě , ale obě boty jsou vadné. Paní vedoucí nechápala , co mi na tom vadí .Nechápala,že nechci vadnou obuv.Neustale se smála a stále opakovala jednu otázku ... Co vám na tom vadí ?... A že všechny boty Nike Air Max mají stejnou vadu.........Můj syn 11 let , který byl se mnou chápal ,že s paní vedoucí je zbytečné něco řešit .Řekl, že i jeho křeček je chytřejší. Myslim , že každému by vadilo dostat vadnou obuv........... Take jsem čekala dlouho, než přijde paní vedoucí ... Ale to asi nebyla cigaretka, jak uvádí paní v předchozím hodnocení ,ale asi pedikúra a pak ještě ta cigaretka. Obě blonďatá prodavačky jako dvě MUMIE...nezájem ,neochota ,uražené a otrávené ...... Ale pozor,druha směna jsou prodavačky milé,slušné a velice příjemné .... Take už nikdy více nákup A3 Sport.....raději jiný prodejce a jiný e-shop. Byl sem uplne zaskoceny s jakym povysenim se muze pokladni chovat k zakaznikovi a je jedno jestli prodava rohliky nebo znackove obleceni. Incredibly superficial and arrogant service. I was completely taken aback by what promotion the cashier can treat the customer and it doesn't matter if he sells rolls or branded clothing.

Potom jsem dostal k pokladně o číslo větší boty než jsem si zkoušel, člověk prostě musí všechno kontrolovat jak po malejch dětech. A žádná solidní rada k výběru bot kdyby tam strčili automat a platební terminál vyšlo by to na stejno. Uz tam nevlezu leda zas něco reklamovat. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the people on top of the poisoned cheeky girl with the complaint. Then I got to the cashier a number of shoes larger than I tried, you just have to control everything like small children. Děkuji, ale takový přístup k zákazníkům si pamatuji z dob totality. Dnes nemá taková rádoby prodavačka v obchodě co pohledávat. Díky ní 1 High prices. Nepasující zboží mě v pohodě vyměnili kus za kus, za druhé zboží náhradu na prodejně neměli, tak mě vrátí peníze. Co mě ale šokovalo bylo jednání centrály-na odpověď na mail jsem čekal 4 dny a dnes ráno jsem volal na hlavní infolinku (9:15) a sluchátko bylo vyvěšené. Přitom dnes je datum, kdy se měli otevřít obchody a zákazníci potřebují info zda jsou jednotlivé prodejny otevřeny. Toto považuji za velice neprofesionální od plzeňské centrály :-( Today I visited the store in PV and I was very surprised by the pleasant actions of the staff. No za ně totální selhání vedení !!!
