Objednal jsem si paletu cementu, přivezli mi ji na nové paletě. Za paletu byla záloha 484,-Kč, to zcela chápu, protože byla úplně nová. Hned jak jsem si pytle cementu složil do garáže, tak jsem se rozhodl zajet paletu vrátit. To že paní na prodejně byla příjemná jak chlap po ránu, to zcela chápu, ne každý má svůj den. Ale k věci. Po navrácení palety jsem si šel pro peníze a překvapilo mne, že jsem tu paletu tak moc opotřeboval, že mi bylo ze zálohy strhnuto 84,-Kč za ,,opotřebení”. Ani mi nejde o těch 84 korun ale spíše o princip, protože jsem paletu vrátil ve stejném stavu, jako když mi jí přivezli.

I ordered a pallet of cement, they brought it to me on a new pallet. The deposit for the pallet was CZK 484, I completely understand that, because it was completely new. As soon as I put the bags of cement in the garage, I decided to return the pallet. The fact that the lady in the store was as nice as a guy in the morning, I completely understand that not everyone has their day. But to the point. After returning the pallet, I went for the money and I was surprised that I wore the pallet so much that 84 CZK was deducted from the deposit for "wear and tear". I'm not even interested in the 84 crowns, but rather in the principle, because I returned the pallet in the same condition as when they brought it to me.
