M	Matěj Bárta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tímto bych chtěl poděkovat zaměstnancům AAA Auto Hradec Králové, jmenovitě panu Cholevovi, který se mě ujal na představení vozu a následné předváděcí jízdy. Jízda proběhla naprosto přirozeně bez jakýchkoliv nátlaků či podsouvání názorů. Pan Choleva byl příjemný a ochotný cokoliv zodpovědět. To samé se týká manažera pobočky, pana Martina Leše, který se mi následně věnoval při detailním popisu vozu a jeho historie. Vyšel mi vstříc i s tím, když jsem potřeboval čas na rozmyšlenou cca 3 dny. A v neposlední řadě chci také poděkovat paní Simoně Pajlové, která se mnou připravila veškeré podklady potřebné ke koupi vozu. Milá, příjemná paní, která byla ochotna mi vysvětlit vše co mě zajímalo. Ještě jednou děkuji AAA Auto Hradec Králové za skvělý přístup a ochotu. Rád doporučím dále. The same applies to the branch manager, Mr. Martin Leš, who then provided me with a detailed description of the car and its history. He also met me when I needed time to think about 3 days. And last but not least, I would also like to thank Mrs. Simona Pajlová, who prepared with me all the documents needed to buy a car. J	Jiří Fejfar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávali jsme do výkupu vozidlo. Za dobu, co jsme tam byli, tak dva zákazníci nebyli spokojení. Ale proč? Jeden chtěl prodat Fabii, a rovnou odmítli, že jich mají hodně. A druhý zase nebyl spokojen s výkupní cenou. Já si myslím, že pokud vezete auto do výkupu, nemůžete očekávat nesmyslné. My jsme jeli s tím, že máme reálnou představu o ceně. Je pravda, že jsme dostali o něco méně, ale musíme si uvědomit, že to nenecháváme finálnímu kupci, ale prodejci. A ten musí mít provizi a i jistotu, že neprodělá... Pro nás důležité, že vůz je prodaný a peníze v kapse. ;-) Jo, ještě poznámka k času stráveném u výkupu. Počítejte s tím, že to není za hodinu. Prostě ne že by se někdo nevěnoval, nebo naschvál zdržoval. Ale prostě ten čas tak utíká, pak ještě zařídit plnou moc, vyplatit obnos, zkrátka může to být i přes 2 hodiny. ;-) We bought a vehicle. It is true that we got a little less, but we must realize that we do not leave it to the final buyer, but to the seller. And he must have a commission and the certainty that he will not lose ... It is important to us that the car is sold and money in his pocket. ;-) Yeah, a note on the time spent at the purchase. Expect it not to be an hour. Not just that no one was paying attention or deliberately staying. But the time just runs away, then arrange a power of attorney, pay the amount, in short, it can be over 2 hours. ;-)
J	Jiri Lokvenc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Věnoval se mi p. Michal Tylš. Maximální ochota a vstřícnost. Děkuji za jeho přístup. Spokojenost ohledně přístupu a průběhu jednání. Ale výsledek byl katastrofa. Při slovním jednání mi byl zamlčen skutečný stav vozu a jeho nepojizdnost a dal jsem na medová slova všech prodavajicich, takže jsem nevěnoval dostatečnou pozornost co vlastně podepisuji. A až později při reklamaci, že auto je nepojizdne, jsem zjistil co jsem podepsala že mi prodali auto na náhradní díly. A odmítli i dodržet smlouvu ohledně možnosti vrátit auto do tří dnů výměnou za jinou koupi. Takže AAA auto již nikdy více a toto přesvědčení šířím kolem sebe dál. Spálil jsem se , ale je to moje chyba, že js si na to nedal pozor a přestal být ostražitý. Takže úvod je o pokřiveném charakteru chování se k zákazníkům, ale do puntíku splnili to proč tam jsou, prodat za každou cenu. Vždy se nějaký trouba najde a jaké má pohnutky je jeho problém. Mr. Michal Tylš took care of me. Maximum willingness and helpfulness. Thank you for his approach. Satisfaction with the approach and course of negotiations. But the result was a disaster. During the verbal hearing, the real condition of the car and its immobility were concealed and I put on the honeyed words of all the sellers, so I did not pay enough attention to what I was actually signing. And only later, when complaining that the car would not drive, I found out what I had signed that they had sold me a car for spare parts. And they also refused to abide by the contract regarding the possibility of returning the car within three days in exchange for another purchase. So the AAA car is never more and I spread this belief around me. I got burned, but it's my fault you didn't pay attention and stopped being vigilant. So the introduction is about the distorted nature of the behavior towards customers, but to the fullest they have fulfilled why they are there, to sell at all costs. There is always an oven and what motives it has is its problem.

Couple of hours later i discovered small issue with the car while I was on the way. I called AAA guy and despite it was out of business hours, he arrived straight away to fix it.
