Hello. I would like to share with you today's experience with buying a Ford Mondeo. Many thanks especially to Mr. Patrik Hodas, thanks to whom everything went perfectly. At the branch in Tábor, I was buying a used car. The excellent approach and willingness of the employee Patrik Hodas and his colleagues made my purchase very pleasant and thanks to their professionalism the purchase was completed within a few minutes. For the time being, I am satisfied with the car and I will definitely stop by the branch for Patrik. Thank you

People are nice, but they can't tell the truth. Shop at your own risk. We were unlucky that the whole engine destroyed us 100 km after leaving the bazaar. This will not happen for most cars. But I must point out that no one has said a word about the loose divorces (they must have known about it), and thus they caused us great damage.

We chose a car on the AAA Auto website. We visited the nearest branch and they brought the car to the branch in Tábor within the services of the AAA Auto network, on the basis of a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000. The approach of AAA Auto Tábor employees was great, 100% professional, helpful and hassle-free. Everything was valid according to the agreement. The car was brought, the inspection, contracts and payment took place. We use the car. Everything is in perfect order and to our satisfaction. We can recommend to everyone.

Staff in Tábor helpful and helpful. But I have a complaint about the call center, where despite my explicit question about the total price of the car, they did not mention the amount of CZK 3,999 for Customer Service. You should give a complete price. Of course, I do not count the compulsory liability, the arrangement of which was offered to me in Tábor and was at an affordable price.

No problem at the beginning, they promised to bring the car to Tábor for a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000, which would make the car even reserved. And they claimed that it was not binding and would return the money without any problems if I did not take the car. But then I read here in the conditions of AAA AUTO that if I do not take over the ordered car, they will return the deposit, but they may charge me a fine of up to CZK 2,000 for not buying the car! And they have the right to sell the car without penalty at the time of booking. But the car was delivered to me the next day without any problems. It was a three-year-old Logan with a mileage of about 20,000km in the state as they called the new car. The first thing struck me was that there was half a tank in the photo of the advertisement and during the test drive only the reserve was lit. It is said that there was probably a test drive with someone else. (It would have to consume half a tank for less than 20 km that they nailed on the tachometer !!!) There was also no antenna that was in the photos before. And after starting, the engine light came on immediately. But they say it's not a problem and they will lend me a car so I can go to Dacia with it, where they will see that it will not be anything serious. Of course for my money for authorized service and for gas to get there at all. I told myself that Áčka, despite the not very flattering evaluation of acquaintances and the Internet, would try it, but I quite understand it. The only positive was that they returned the deposit for importing the car to the branch without any problems.

I was very worried about buying a car at AAA because they hold the reputation of being the biggest blacksmiths. At least the same is not true of the Tábor branch. When I did not take the first requested car, thanks to the great approach of the branch manager Jan Brom, the next day I had the car brought exactly according to my requirements and everything in the description and parameters fit into the dot. I also have to appreciate the approach of Patrik, who dealt with the papers with me. They are good traders, but they did not hide anything and said things plainly. I will be happy to return to Tábor.
