Hello, I would like to share my experience with the Aces so that you too can take care of their hidden manners. We came to choose a delivery for leasing for 450,000 CZK, they said how good it was that there was no problem with it, so we had it brought from Prague. They were friendly all the time, as if we had known each other for years. They called us around 6pm, we can check out the imported van. We completed the test drive, even though we waited for the master for almost an hour and the van was ready for the ride. After the test drive, they could not answer the questions about the car properly and they kept us waiting until half past four, even though they close at 9, to push us indirectly into signing the contract, the lady also spoke with the contracts, but we will sign so quickly, because already we close and you can mess with the car. Even though the friend is quick and asked about the total payment, the lady calculated over 800,000 CZK on the calculator, so almost 90% interest !!! We immediately canceled it, that it is not possible, that we do not think so, and to call the manager who came with his hands on his hips, that as we imagined it and we that the interest if the 50-60 thousand, that we would not say anything but that what they are trying is usury and that we are not taking the car. The manager said that in order to wait a while, that he would try to do something about it, he came in less than 5 minutes, that he could give us a little over 600,000 CZK !!! And we already knew that they wanted to cheat on us, the manager still stood up to whatever we dared to call and he was absolutely unprofessional and arrogant, so much so that a friend invited him outside if he wanted to have fun as a guy. Of course, there was only an argument outside the offices, where the manager defended himself by giving us a customer discount and another colleague shouted that the bank gave them such a proposal at half past eight in the evening: D so who doesn't want to complicate their lives, don't go to Ačky indebted for the rest of his life. I know a lot of people ask themselves why we went there at all, that the Aces are known for it. Because we wanted a delivery right away and with the first car from them (in Brno) everything went normally. Don't get fucked and ask anything you can think of, or don't go there at all.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I had my car transferred to Pardubice. They should have informed me and unfortunately nothing. Suddenly, a friend of mine who lives in Olomouc found out that the car had been brought to Olomouc. So I agreed that I didn't have time over the weekend to stop for such a car. (I didn't count on it) I left a deposit there, and on Monday morning the phone said that even if we went to pay the deposit, they sold me. He explained everything, helped, arranged - a person who really knows what he is doing and, most importantly, has fun with you without any superiority - as I am used to from many other stores when the Branch Manager comes to you, it's awful! I definitely recommend it for me and I will recommend everything among friends.

The purchase of my car went as expected, I understand that they have to earn something. The value of my car is 170-200 thousand, the purchase is 150 thousand, I am satisfied. The approach of all employees at this branch is absolutely excellent, from the purchase to the sale of their car.
