Ochota personálu byla celkem příjemná, to však nevyváží celkovou dobu strávenou v bazaru. Nakonec jsme si ani nic nevybrali, protože buď auto neměli zde nebo bylo " před minutkou " prodáno. Na autu za 250 000 navíc provedeny opravy za 40 000 eur (cca 1 000 000 Kč), bez jakéhokoliv upozornění, že auto bylo takto havarované. Od pracovníka mi bylo sděleno, že pokud chci netknuté auto, nemám kupovat ojetinu... Takže doporučuji si auto vždy někde prověřit. Moje návštěva trvala 1h 50 minut přesně, vše vyřešeno (AAA Auto opravdu se nemůže vyrovnat dvě návštěvy a děs, půl den pryč a pak už jdete radši domu, personal namyšlenost pokud nemáte na krku 2 kg zlata, tak vás ani nepozdravi.) Za mě ESA Top. Jiná věc je když přijede nekdo s autem za 20 000 a čeká 50 000 pak sem dá 1 hvězdičku. Problém je, že s vámi centrála velmi ochotně domluví termín, několikrát jej potvrdí, ale po příjezdu na místo okamžitě poznáte, že obtěžujete technika v zaprděné kanceláři, který se chová nepříjemně po celou dobu prohlídky vozu. Oba bychom si ušetřili hodinu času, kdyby rovnou řekl, že nemá zájem, což bylo poznat během pár minut, a nenechal vás čekat, než vůbec dojde k autu a potom než ho nacení. Úplný opak následně v "áčkách", kde i bez objednání obsluha ví, co je alespoň slušný pozdrav, technik se chová celou příjemně a auto opravdu kontroluje např i zvednutím a ne metodou mrknu a vidím, že je to na p*ču. The complete opposite is then in the "A", where even without ordering the staff knows what is at least a decent greeting, the technician behaves nicely and really checks the car, for example, by lifting and not by wink, and I see that it's up to me.

F	Filip Trifunovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liers and thives!!! Came to buy a car for one price and was promised 3000 CZK discount. Never got the discount but ended up paying 6000 CZK more for some service fee for which they told me just before paying. Definetly wouldnt reccoment Auto ESA at all!!!!!
