★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přátelé s taxíkářem této společnosti jsem zažil opravdu velmi hrůzný zážitek. Jestli Vám mohu poradit nikdy, ale opravdu nikdy nevyužívejte služeb této společnosti při odjezdu z Letiště Václava Havla. Nechal jsem si přistavit taxi s tím, že potřebuji dovést domů cca. 12 km od letiště. Po nástupu jsem se pro jistotu zeptal řidiče kolik bude cesta stát a odpověď 500,- kč mně opravdu vyrazila dech. Navíc, když jsem si nechal vynést kufry ven z vozu, že za tuto cenu nejsem ochoten jet. Byl řidič opravdu velmi, velmi, velmi nepříjemný. Po mně nastoupili do auta turista a ten po tom co zjistil kolik ten zloděj chce, taktéž vystoupil. Nakonec jsem si objednal taxi přes jinou společnost a hádejte kolik jsem zaplatil? 250 kč i se spropitným pro řidiče. Takže již nikdy v životě nesednu do vozu AAA taxi.
Friends with a taxi driver of this company, I had a really terrible experience. If I can advise you never but really never use the services of this company when you leave Václav Havel Airport. I had a taxi built, saying that I need to take home approx. 12 km from the airport. After the arrival I asked the driver for sure how much the trip will cost and the answer 500, - CZK really took my breath away. Plus, when I got my bags out of the car, I'm not willing to go for that price. He was really very, very, very uncomfortable. After me, a tourist got in the car, and after finding out how much the thief wants, also got out. I finally ordered a taxi through another company and guess how much I paid? 250 CZK with driver tip. So I will never sit in an AAA taxi again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po "době covidu" nemám jedinou pozitivní zkušenost. Taxi objednávám několik hodin před plánovanou dobou jízdy. Přesto mají pravidelně 30-40 min zpoždění, slečny na lince jsou arogantní a nepříjemné. Dříve to byl naprosto bezproblémový dopravce. Bohužel dnes je to přesně naopak.
I don't have a single positive experience after the "covid time". I order a taxi a few hours before the scheduled driving time. Nevertheless, they are regularly 30-40 minutes late, the girls on the line are arrogant and unpleasant. It used to be a completely hassle-free carrier. Unfortunately, today it is exactly the opposite.
